The day starts from the time you wake in the morning and really does not end. As a Store Director you are always working. At the Store when you walk into the parking lot you check to make sure that your clean and ready for business.Inside you make sure to check in with your team. It is very important to know where you stand in the weeks business compared to last year and budget. At that point my job was to successfully lead my team to build moral, sales and service. It is important for a leader yo use all the tools and technology to build a strong customer base and sales. Some of the tools that we used were customer satisfaction web sites, labor management tools, business transformation technology and merchandising guides to name a few.
Through my day I know that there is a wealth of knowledge to soak in from co-workers, customers and vendor partners. Not one day went by without learning something.
I was the manager of the store and only dealt with my manager about once a week. The goal is always to keep your four walls producing and keep your team happy and lead by example.
My co-workers and peers are a part of the team and we do all things for the betterment of the company and community.
The hardest part of my job is making sure in crunch time that you have made all the correct choices and decisions. What made this easier is that I would always use my team while making those decisions.
The most enjoyable part of my job is to share success with my team and our customers. It is the people around you that make you and your company successful and there isn't a better feeling than knowing you have been a part of a strong team.

In my role as lead foreman at MST constructors, i was assigned the task of coordinating the daily schedules with all sub contractors. Completed all safety checks, before the start of each work day, and reported directly to the superintendent the status of the project.

It is very busy position, a lot of responsibilities, however it makes you feel good when you can help patients and families. We have very nice team here and I really enjoy working with my coworkers.

Surely No for companies who don't care employees and follow give n fire policy. Just getting reviews from New employees does not help. They even don't respect the work you do.No PIP  but direct fire same day after making u work for the day. 

Good place to work made lots of money met tons of cool people and had a blast working there. My coworkers and managers were great to work with overall it was a great experience

Great place to work fun environment. Management is easy to work with. Awesome work life balance not your typical 9-5 gig. Everyone is freindly an helpful

The only thing i truly enjoyed while working at the museum was the history behind it. it was truly amazing to see all of the old cars, buildings, and lifestyles.
