I have been a part of Elevation Autism Center since October 2023, and every moment has been incredibly rewarding. Being a part of the center’s growth has been an amazing experience, but what truly stands out is the genuine care and dedication poured into every client’s success. The team goes above and beyond to create an enriching and supportive learning environment, ensuring each client receives the best possible care.

The workplace culture is nothing short of exceptional - it truly feels like a team where everyone looks out for one another. Management, BCBAs, and fellow RBTs are not only kind and supportive but also always willing to lend a helping hand. They actively welcome feedback and continuously strive for improvement, making EAC a place of both professional and personal growth.

Throughout my journey here, I have gained invaluable experience as an RBT and have had the privilege of working alongside some truly amazing individuals. Elevation Autism Center is more than just a workplace, it’s my happy place!

Elevation Autism Center is one of the few ABA companies I’ve worked for that genuinely follows through on its mission and values — empowering others. There is a strong focus on ethical ABA practices, client autonomy, and supporting not only clients, but also parents, staff, and the community.
The management team does a great job making staff feel supported, included, and valued. The BCBAs are knowledgeable, collaborative, and truly care about the children and families they work with. It’s clear that the people here are passionate about what they do, and that creates a really positive work environment.
I recently became a Lead Behavior Technician and have appreciated the opportunity for growth and added responsibility. Overall, it’s a supportive workplace with people who genuinely care about both their staff and the clients they serve.

I honestly love working for Elevation Autism Center. You can tell that management really cares about their employees, they care about our opinions, they care about making a healthy work/life balance, and they care about making sure that our needs are met. It’s very rare that you find employers that understand and respect you as a person and your life challenges. At elevation they do. I can confidently say that management at Elevation wants to see you thrive wherever that maybe. If you’re new to the ABA field, there are 101 hands willing to help teach and guide you. If you are well trained in the ABA field there is plenty of support and wonderful BCBAs to go around at Elevation. They make sure that you are getting the guidance that you need and are receiving awesome knowledge and feedback on what ABA is truly about. I could write all day about all the things I love about my job but right now all I can say is it’s worth it.

During my time here, I’ve faced some personal challenges that occasionally required last-minute adjustments, and management has always been accommodating within reason. It’s clear they care about their staff both personally and professionally, which plays a vital role in the overall success and morale at the PC location.

I’ve had the opportunity to take on additional tasks that have helped me grow toward a more operational-focused role. The most rewarding part of the job is helping children learn and grow. The workplace culture is supportive—everyone works well together and is always willing to help one another.

While communication can occasionally be a challenge, especially when things get busy and responses on RingCentral are delayed, my overall experience has been positive. I’ve learned a lot about myself as an RBT and look forward to continuing my growth within the company.

Elevation offers opportunities for growth and development for professionals who are either seeking to further their studies in the field as a BCaBA/BCBA, or as a technician with room to grow as a lead. The process of getting supervision and hours has been smooth and exciting. The supervisors really challenge us to think outside the box.
The company as a whole is an amazing team to be part of. There is ongoing communication and feedback. The BCBAs/BCaBA are all truly receptive to everyones needs and concerns. There are monthly trainings and team meetings. The best part of the job is not only being, but feeling part of the team (Besides all the wonderful work being done with the kiddos of course). ABA is a tough field to be in and a supportive/communicative team is needed to be successful as a professional. Elevation is all this and more.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I wouldn’t say stressful but the most challenging part of the job is learning your new kiddos when you first start working with them. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment is very playful, wholesome, & full of love down to working with your kiddos and bonding with your coworkers.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day is greeting your kiddos, getting them comfortable and settled, then implementing learning with play time, as well as necessities like toileting and eating on a fixed schedule.

The employer-employee relationship is wonderful at this clinic. The amount of support in this job is wonderful. Any time I have ever needed support or advice, a higher up has always been available for assistance. The training program is also the best that I’ve seen. The amount of progress that we are able to make with these kids is a great reflection of the work environment. It truly feels like a family here and you are constantly able to receive feedback, especially the positive aspects are what you are doing. This is the only job I’ve had that has made a conscious effort to listen and praise its employees for their hard work. I very much recommend anyone wanting to work in this field to please take a tour and check it out.

Elevation has exceeded my expectations of a workplace! The management and BCBAs truly care about the employees and helping them improve in every aspect of the role as a RBT. They are giving constant support and help when needed but also challenge us in a positive way by constantly providing helpful feedback and ensuring we are putting forward our best effort. All the employees have great communication and support each other like a family. I feel that I am learning new things each day and am able to better myself as a RBT and as an individual because of it. The job is very rewarding knowing you are making a difference in the kids lives. Amazing company and outstanding workplace culture! 

Elevation Autism Center has been a breath of fresh air. From the second I stepped my foot through the door I was greeted with welcoming arms, friendly coworkers and an environment that I was comfortable in. The culture is wonderful. Everyone is there to lend a helping hand if needed which really helps make a stressful job way more manageable on a daily basis. The supervisors are so helpful and want you to be the best RBT you can be. There’s no such thing as too many questions and supervision is provided on a regular basis! Highly recommend this company for anyone who wants to be/is a RBT! 

My experience here at Elevation has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment you begin training, you are guaranteed to receive continuous support. The team works together to help each other out. The BCBAs are always present on the floor, providing assistance to RBTs whenever needed. There is ample opportunity for personal and professional growth within this company. The learners make significant progress here, which is our primary goal. The higher-ups are highly engaged and supportive, always striving for the best for the RBTs at Elevation.
