Let it fail...it did! Co workers are nice but there is a lack in managerial skills in the upper management level.   
Zero room for growth and advancement.  Nurses are told making compliance calls take priority over calling patients with abnormal remote monitoring results.
Technical support for remote devices rarely available. 
Issues and promises of advancements with internal systems and work flow are never resolved.  Pointing fingers and blaming others is a common theme. Nurses are told to make their "numbers" or risk their pay being docked.  Human resources should already know that docking pay is not allowed by the department of labor. Requiring nurses to get malpractice insurance validates this company does not have their employees backs. It's all about the numbers!


If your work cannot directly be measured in terms of how much money you bring in, you're practically useless to them . They employ you for a specific defined role and then toss you around from role to role basically trying to make everybody a sales person. 

 The company's products against competitors is mediocre at best and they almost never take feedback from the clients they serve to improve their product and services and just go ahead and do whatever they want.

Upper management is a joke. They have misplaced priorities and fail to see all the cogs and wheels necessary to keep the company running and are only focused on sales. 

There is zero room for growth and it is a dead-end  9-5 job. Stay away!!!

What is the best part of working at the company?
When thinking about it..nothing. The training is lacking. You never meet anyone higher up than the nurse manager. If you aren’t meeting their 45 “valids” per day or 25 calls/hour right out of the gate they don’t care, even though they tell you differently. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The fact that limit you hard on how long you can be on the phone. To them it’s not about helping their patients, they need to meet their metrics first. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Lacking. Using whatsAPP to communicate. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Clock in and after 5 minutes you have to be on the phone nonstop. You follow a template and if you give the patient too much information then they get mad at you.

The hours were day shift, job is remotely, and pay was good. But they expect you to be on calls back to back but that's not always possible when you are doing chronic care management and the nature of the calls to the patients are not always short. With alot of patients you have to be detailed, ask appriopriate questions and document accordingly.  With that being said it's not easy to make their productivity rate. And with that being said after awhile your pay can be based upon your production when you hired its solely a hourly wage job. Also they don't provide equipment you have to have own computer or laptop, headset and internet. The necessary systems are downloaded on your system by IT remotely. 

This is probably the worst company I’ve worked for, they will start you as an RPM and that is all they tell you during the interview, after they train you they will add CCM with THE SAME PAY! So you’re doing 2 different jobs for the same pay!! Managers are incompetent and only care about you making calls ALL day non stop! They also do not care how long you spend on the phone with the patients, the faster you hang up the better for them since they give you a massive list of patients for the day. Even if you’re done with your list for the day the managers will give you another list for you to complete with 50+ extra patients. Pay is another thing with this economy 42k a year is not the best. Do your research and look somewhere else. 

Working here had its perks and its a quiet, stable environment. Unfortunately there is not a lot of room to grow, lack of actual benefits which have no strings attached, no overtime or additional pay, and most of the time when you are compensated for something there is a catch.

Come here if you really need to, they will take care of you. If you wish to grow and expand, look elsewhere.

I started working for this company in 2018. In the beginning it was great was getting payed hourly but they were very control about the calls how they were made and about the dispositions being placed. Then a few years went by and they changed the pay stating that your pay will be affected by the amount of cash you make a day. This started affecting my pay drastically and affected my family. I would work over time and still get my paycheck cut. This job gave me PTSD. I left in 2022 and. Ever looked back best decision I ever made 

Pay was fair overall. When hired, the work put in was taken seriously, until maybe 3 months later, any ideas, consults, advice, were not being heard. Upper management was always changing their ideas and goals which were above and beyond what the staff could already handle. Pay ended up changing for most of the staff every month or so. HR doesn't exist, so if anyone bothers you, nothing is done, but taken as a joke.

Respectfully Enjoy helping others to have a better day. Help organizing activities and daily work ethics. There are no bads to helping others feel comfortable and better with themselves.. Determined to accomplish daily activities by the end of shift. 

Terrible company, managers are incompetent and I am almost sure they’re committing Medicare fraud for the way that they provided CCM service,
They only care about #of calls you make, you’re treat like a call robot.
If you care about your license, you should not work here....
