Hands down the best paying job in Florida. I appreciate my managers and everyone I work with, they really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I have jumped from department to department with more knowledge after every switch, so I really got a feel of the whole company from retention, customer service, and auditing. The company even helped me with getting my health insurance license and making the entire process enjoyable. It's not your traditional office-life environment, but each day feels like a new adventure... especially because we are rapidly growing, there are continuous changes happening all around. Overall, the company does look out for their agents. After a year working here, I couldn't have been happier with the experience I've gained here and cannot wait for the growth to continue.  

What is the best part of working at the company?
Training is inadequate for the amount of pressure you are put under to sell. Newbies to selling ACA aren’t kept long and usually are terminated within the first week of selling. It’s definitely sink or swim. Better suited for experienced ACA agents 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
High pressure sells through misleading advertising. Use of a time limited buffer to determine eligibility or hang up on the caller

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Strictly business. No time for idle chitchat. You are hired to sell only. They do allow 2 breaks and 30 minute lunch 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Clock in on time and receive incoming calls from ads off social media sites. Determine eligibility and enroll or get them off the call quickly if ineligible.

The calls that come in are from people answering false advertisements about getting free money from the government. Your job is to "flip" these into health insurance sales. When it's slow, it's extremely slow, and the management team will NOT place any blame on the types of calls that are coming in. They will say that you need to work harder. You need to work the call. You need to do better. How about we need to stop false advertising. We need to get better leads. We need to set better expectations, and we need to be honest with the agents. 10 people on a team can't make 20 sales a day because there's not enough volume; but, they'll sell you that concept when you're onboarding. Do not trust this place during the year. The only time it's worth working with them is during OEP. Otherwise, you'll need a second job if you want to pull in the same amount of money outside of OEP. 

My coworkers including supervisors were very friendly and willing to help with anything at any time. The upper management on the other hand didn't seem to know what they were doing. I understand that the only thing constant is change but they were having us "pivot" every couple of weeks. I was there for six months and had four different positions because they kept changing their minds as to where the company was headed. They also lack integrity, while I was there they let one group of people go via an email and another via a phone call. That is not the right way to treat people, if you have to let people go you should have the decency to do it in person. Those are the reasons why I would never recommend Enhance Health to anyone.

Nice equipment however made it difficult to return due to no pickup. Had to drive hr away to drop off at Fedex

Extremely unorganized. System did not work, was hired to do inbound calls only. But it was all telemarketing. No inbound. Was told must get 20 sales per day..off of telemarketing. Left company due to poor structure and unrealistic goals and broke system

Remote. Nice manager.  Enjoyed co workers

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Chaos at best. 486 calls and 1 sales and day was typical

Director of dental which is where you will probably end up unless you’re licensed even in customer service which is unheard of with any other ACA Medicare insurance or advantage company. They try to dress up training light compliance is actually important with company meetings as well but you will soon learn the reality that all they want are deals That you get paid five dollars a deal and they could care less about how many customers are clueless as to the health and dental different cost and benefits 

A typical day includes morning meetings, fun little activities and words of encouragement. we have wellness wednesday where we reset for the rest of the week as a team. There is a lot of comradery between agents and management; all questions and concerns are always addressed in these morning meetings. Then right after the meetings we get to the phone where we cold call and warm call clients to do enrollments for ACA plans through the marketplace. we build relationships with all our clients and help them to our best of abilities. sometimes there are trainings that are needed to attend, and there are always an opportunity to make more money for bonuses while during these calls.

Friendly agents, the company provide breakfast and lunch

They are constantly changing rules. Constantly change the pay scale. Does not provide adequate materials for all their agents to be successful. Management does not relay information to employees on time. 
Sales manager does not know how to talk to subordinates in a correct way

Young people fresh out of high school. Mostly minorities are employed there

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Try to make sales in a job, that picks and chooses who and when you can get good leads.

Working from home and getting paid 25 an hour.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Misleading people on getting insurance, they call in for money because that’s what the advertisement says . Company continues to use misleading leads thinking they can get money from the program.

Stressful and pressuring into making sales with these poor misleading disgusting leads

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Clock in and ready to take calls, and again fight through each calls to make a sale. Take 30-60minutes lunches get back on the phones and repeat for 9 hours.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The culture and the morale. It’s a great environment as far as the culture. It reminds me of a cool high school where everyone just gets along

Dealing with some of the unlawful practices and childish management.

Very fun and energetic while also being relaxed

I’d come in clock in , get my tea, walk around and hug everyone, have small talk with management then immediately start working.
