A typical day as a Care Coordination Team Lead is fast-paced and highly structured, driven by daily coordination checklists, strict clock-in protocols, and high-impact accountability strategies like "Power Hour" to keep everyone focused on core metrics. Through managing the transition from the New Jersey market to leading the Florida Central team, the most valuable lesson learned has been the art of balancing firm professional boundaries with strong mentorship, guiding team members toward clear performance goals. While leadership and management style emphasize explicit metrics, accountability, and professional dress codes, navigating the corporate culture requires maintaining high personal stability amidst daily operational pressures. The hardest part of the job lies in enforcing strict team compliance and addressing performance gaps while managing heavy market demands, whereas the most enjoyable part is watching the team succeed, celebrating collective wins through shout-outs, and knowing that the structured environment directly improves patient care coordination.

On a typical day you would have your assignment of patients to see from the night before-you will need to spend time correcting the mess made by scheduling and their handling of geography(of which they have no knowledge since they are based in NJ)-you the need to call all the patients before heading out since most are not confirmed or have been deceased without alerting providers-pretty embarassing-many times if you show up at patients home you will either get "I didn't know you were coming-no one called" or "your office is terrible they never return calls and you will find yourself many times getting yelled out by families or patients because the corporate staff is inept-I have been doing this line of work for over 20 years-this by far is the most disorganized company that provides no support or respect for their clinicians-furthermore watch your wallets-they will change your reimbursement structure-usually for the lesser side with good cause-the pay is an insult to begin with-do yourself favor-if you value your sanity-find another house call group-there are many out there

1. Lack of Confidentiality:
One of the significant challenges I faced was the apparent lack of confidentiality within the workplace. Private matters and discussions were not adequately protected, which created a sense of unease among employees. The management team discussed all employee issues with your peers and nothing seemed to be private. 

2. Retaliation from Management:
Regrettably, I observed instances where the management team engaged in what appeared to be retaliatory actions against employees. This not only impacted morale but also created an environment where employees felt hesitant to voice concerns or provide feedback.

3. Patient Care Not the Primary Focus:
I observed instances where it seemed that patient care was not consistently the number one priority. It is essential for a healthcare organization to place the utmost emphasis on the well-being and satisfaction of patients. This includes ensuring timely and quality care, as well as fostering an environment that prioritizes the patient experience.





A typical day at work consists of meeting with 8–10 patients for either follow-up appointments or initial assessments. Each week, our team meets with psychiatric consultants to review patient cases and provide recommendations to the primary care physicians to help ensure patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care.

Working in this role has strengthened my communication, critical thinking, and care coordination skills. This position has also taught me how to effectively manage a large caseload while balancing multiple responsibilities and prioritizing each patient’s individual needs.

Management is easily accessible, and provides ongoing support through regular guidance, training opportunities, and professional development.

Overall, working at Ennoble Care has been a valuable learning experience. I have enjoyed expanding my knowledge of behavioral health and look forward to continuing to grow professionally and in the field. 



This has been one of the most disorganized offices that I have ever worked at. The role within its self is not a hard role, however current management makes it stressful. If you enjoy being micromanaged and spoken to as if you’re a toddler then you may like it there. If you enjoy not being trained properly and being placed on assignments and expected to perform like you’ve been there for months and know the role to full capacity… then this may be the place for you. If you enjoy upper Managment that is passive regarding your concerns but says that there is a non existant open door policy then hey u might enjoy your time here. If this doesn’t sound like the place for you then run for the hills. DO NOT APPLY because all of the above is what you will get. You will not be valued as an employee, you will just be another replaceable body in their building to fill a seat.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not being able to perform my full duties within my certification, feeling like a burden in patients home while nurse was present, miscommunication within team lead, management and nurses, not having a set lunch time or lunch break at all, being sent to some dangerous places where patients had weapons in the house to protect themselves.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Meeting up at first patient home with nurse practitioner, once entered in the home, I as a medical assistant is only allowed to take vitals and ask basic questions that the nurse practitioner will ask again once your finished, after taking vitals i would take pictures of current medications, send them over to team lead and then sit down for the rest of the visit, then moving on the next few patients

I was really excited by this company's mission and values, but that quickly changed once I started working there. The C-suite  and senior leadership describe working there as " a knife fight" and they were right. It's very cut throat. They offered minimal support and resources for their departments. Each market was ran like a separate company, there were virtually no enterprise wide standards across the company, which made it increasingly difficult to get support from other markets/ departments. 
 Leadership was quick to shift blame, fire, then hire. Rinse and repeat. There was incredibly high turnover because of this. Super disorganized-- I've never worked anywhere that was so mismanaged across all departments.  Incredibly high turn over! Questionable practices and delivery of care. The company cares more about money than they do their patients and staff. I cannot recommend this company or its services 

What is the best part of working at the company?
It's remote and my supervisor is amazing. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working here has been one of the most difficult professional experiences of my career. The environment is incredibly demoralizing, with little to no support from upper management. Rather than taking accountability, leadership often shifts blame onto others, leaving employees feeling at fault for mistakes they didn’t make. Those who consistently make errors face no real consequences, while those who try to point out problems or hold others accountable are discouraged or even punished for speaking up. This creates a culture of fear, frustration, and zero growth. Overall, it is a soul-sucking environment where accountability and support are non-existent.

I've had a great experience working with the BHI team at Ennoble Care. From the start, everyone has been welcoming, supportive, and willing to help whenever questions come up. The team truly works together to ensure patients receive the best care possible, and it's clear that everyone is passionate about making a positive impact.
As a Behavioral Healthcare Manager, I enjoy building relationships with patients, helping connect them to resources, and supporting their mental health and overall well-being. The role is meaningful, rewarding, and has helped me grow both personally and professionally. I'm grateful to be part of a team that values collaboration, compassion, and high-quality patient care.
