On a typical day you would have your assignment of patients to see from the night before-you will need to spend time correcting the mess made by scheduling and their handling of geography(of which they have no knowledge since they are based in NJ)-you the need to call all the patients before heading out since most are not confirmed or have been deceased without alerting providers-pretty embarassing-many times if you show up at patients home you will either get "I didn't know you were coming-no one called" or "your office is terrible they never return calls and you will find yourself many times getting yelled out by families or patients because the corporate staff is inept-I have been doing this line of work for over 20 years-this by far is the most disorganized company that provides no support or respect for their clinicians-furthermore watch your wallets-they will change your reimbursement structure-usually for the lesser side with good cause-the pay is an insult to begin with-do yourself favor-if you value your sanity-find another house call group-there are many out there

1. Lack of Confidentiality:
One of the significant challenges I faced was the apparent lack of confidentiality within the workplace. Private matters and discussions were not adequately protected, which created a sense of unease among employees. The management team discussed all employee issues with your peers and nothing seemed to be private. 

2. Retaliation from Management:
Regrettably, I observed instances where the management team engaged in what appeared to be retaliatory actions against employees. This not only impacted morale but also created an environment where employees felt hesitant to voice concerns or provide feedback.

3. Patient Care Not the Primary Focus:
I observed instances where it seemed that patient care was not consistently the number one priority. It is essential for a healthcare organization to place the utmost emphasis on the well-being and satisfaction of patients. This includes ensuring timely and quality care, as well as fostering an environment that prioritizes the patient experience.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not being able to perform my full duties within my certification, feeling like a burden in patients home while nurse was present, miscommunication within team lead, management and nurses, not having a set lunch time or lunch break at all, being sent to some dangerous places where patients had weapons in the house to protect themselves.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Meeting up at first patient home with nurse practitioner, once entered in the home, I as a medical assistant is only allowed to take vitals and ask basic questions that the nurse practitioner will ask again once your finished, after taking vitals i would take pictures of current medications, send them over to team lead and then sit down for the rest of the visit, then moving on the next few patients

I was really excited by this company's mission and values, but that quickly changed once I started working there. The C-suite  and senior leadership describe working there as " a knife fight" and they were right. It's very cut throat. They offered minimal support and resources for their departments. Each market was ran like a separate company, there were virtually no enterprise wide standards across the company, which made it increasingly difficult to get support from other markets/ departments. 
 Leadership was quick to shift blame, fire, then hire. Rinse and repeat. There was incredibly high turnover because of this. Super disorganized-- I've never worked anywhere that was so mismanaged across all departments.  Incredibly high turn over! Questionable practices and delivery of care. The company cares more about money than they do their patients and staff. I cannot recommend this company or its services 

What is the best part of working at the company?
It's remote and my supervisor is amazing. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working here has been one of the most difficult professional experiences of my career. The environment is incredibly demoralizing, with little to no support from upper management. Rather than taking accountability, leadership often shifts blame onto others, leaving employees feeling at fault for mistakes they didn’t make. Those who consistently make errors face no real consequences, while those who try to point out problems or hold others accountable are discouraged or even punished for speaking up. This creates a culture of fear, frustration, and zero growth. Overall, it is a soul-sucking environment where accountability and support are non-existent.

I only worked there  about 5 days, the 1st day was orientation & set up of the laptop they give you with IT department which you had to set up yourself, the training was none existed by the 2nd day in the training room they expect you to do a call with a real patient without proper training the 3rd day they expected you to be on the phones. I did have coaching on 4 & 5 day. I got fired because they said I wasn't caughting on fast enough & I wasn't a good fit. I worked  at a call center before & never had training like this before. Its sad that companies do this & expect you to know what you are doing without the right training.  They could of given me a bit more time before letting me go ( remember I was only there 5 days not counting orientation day) but I believe it's for the best & in the long run they did me a favor.

I've been working at Ennoble Care for more than 2 years now and have seen my career, as well as the careers of my peers, flourish in a way that I have never experienced at past companies.  Though it is a rapidly growing company, there is a very supportive leadership team and a well-rounded HR department.  One of the stand-out features of this company is the collaborative approach everyone takes with each other.  There is no belittling, but rather brainstorming on ways to improve  processes.  From my experience in other environments, I believe this creates a more pleasant and productive setting in which others have the opportunity to excel, develop, and grow in their career and at the company.

Too many pts daily with poor communication from management and scheduling. This organization has no idea what it takes to run this type of visiting primary care practice and lacks support staff for providers. You are basically a 1 man show in the field. Compared to other large companies providing the same service Ennoble is definitely lacking and the pay is not an incentive to stay. There is fast turnover of staff because once you see how chaotic and unorganized the environment is there’s no option other than leaving. If you are experienced there’s no way one would settle for this…

If you're looking for a traditional clock in, clock out kind of job, this isn't it. Overall, there's a lot of work to be done and there are a lot of moving parts so there are times that you'll feel like you're juggling a lot of tasks or like you never finish. 

But the work is really rewarding. You help solve issues for patients and make the job of the doctors and providers easier so they can provide high quality care to the patients that really need it. And the people are down to earth and willing to help, constant communication in Microsoft Teams.
