What is the best part of working at the company?
They are very understanding with PTO. Very friendly environment. Casual dress attire.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
You are always on video and feel pressured to do everything perfect all the time. Based off my position, I was the only one and had to do everything and had no help. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I would describe the work environment a little toxic since on a few occasions I was getting in trouble for somebody else’s work. I provided proof that l did not do the work and still got in trouble for someone else's mistake. Owner, Sales and D2G were really appreciative of the work and let me know but most management never acknowledged all the work l did for them. The Company definitely has favorites and it is easy to spot.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Clock in, do all the work that came in over night, responded to emails from sales, drug, managers, etc. cleared three queues and that only took a max of 2 hours. The rest of the time I would go help in different departments if needed or asked to see if there was anything else I could do. Clock out and repeat.

The training that I received was an absolute joke. They have no rhyme or reason behind training. You pretty much come in and then the manager would decide what he wanted you to do about 15 min into the day. The tools I needed to succeed with never worked properly so right off the start of things I was set up for failure. When my equipment didn’t work, I literally sat around and did nothing. I have never worked for a manager that is so unorganized and didn’t have some kind of system in place. Your hours are 8-5 but they expect you to be there before 8. Makes no sense. Lunches were decided how long they were going to be minutes before you left for lunch. If you have kids don’t work here they are not flexible at all like they claim to be. Epic Sports is a good company but the customer service manager is awful

What is the best part of working at the company?
Terrible company to work for, bad to nearly non existent management , no food in cafeteria machines, raises are non existent and pay is low,would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No Management,raises or appreciation and hardly anyone speaks english

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very bad, no training or management 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Long and hot air conditioner is always broken

The employees act like children while making bloody, feces/booger wall art on bathroom walls. Every day the only ONE janitor will have to repeatedly clean up these horrible messes in each 16 bathrooms on all 3  floors of this warehouse. And the people in the offices will constantly complain that whoever has this cleaning position that they aren't doing their job to their satisfaction. No person should have to clean up other grown adult's feces when they are clearly capable to take responsibility for their own mess.

Awesome place to work as far as coworkers, but management all around company are uncaring and unprofessional. No opportunities for advancement, no 401k, no HR, lucky to even have kids or family to find out how to get a hold of you. Favoritism is a huge problem. You are paid $10.00/hr with no excuses for not working mandatory overtime whether you were hired on Mon-Fri 6am-3pm or not. I was hired on with this schedule but work 70+ hours per week and not a manager in the building could care less.

Every day was a challenge, Whaling distributors was the back office for 3 companies, Epic was one of them, I set up all companies in an ERP SYSTEM "XPERIA",  tested and trained all users, I also did customer service, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.   
My co-workers were great, all team players. The hardest part of the job was when Whaling Distributors was ceased. The best part of the job was working for a President  who challenged me all the time.

Was trained for 5 min. first day, was in returns which needs a lot of training. Managers don;t care about other people, (warehouse managers). Terrible people, poor leadership, high turnover rate. 

A typical day is fast paced, you are mostly working on your own on your task. You may be trained and transferred to multiple departments if you are quick learner. Pay is based on your trainability and speed and accuracy of accomplishing your task. They expect fast pace, but you also have a bonus that reflects the work you are asked to do. 

If you're friend with the manager you can get away with anything, but they'll talk about you behind your back. 
If you're not friends with the manager,  chances are you'll get picked on and/ or called out in front of everyone.
The printers are unreliable and break down often that you should expect to overtime at least 10 out of 12 months. 
You'll be told schedule changes only hours before they happen.

If you're on the press the pay isn't bad.

If you need a $10 p/h job ASAP with no background check etc. Go for it. Didn't realize that at the time. Would love to see if they know how to submit EVerify.
Turnover is VERY high.
Constantly changing guidelines on your role and incentive structure so if you make high numbers they'll just change it so you don't.
