My experience with this company was challenging due to a lack of structure and effective leadership. From the start, management struggled to provide adequate support or clear direction, resulting in a “sink or swim” culture. Training was insufficient, making it difficult for employees to succeed in their roles.

Additionally, the workplace environment did not support work-life balance, especially for working parents. There was little flexibility, minimal support, and poor communication, creating unnecessary stress and frustration.

The program lacked clear goals and objectives, leaving employees without direction and often focused on fixing senior management’s mistakes rather than making meaningful progress.

I was compensated at $60,000, but the work environment did not justify the pay. The disorganization, lack of leadership, and overall instability makes it an unsustainable option. Compensation alone does not make up for a toxic work environment. For those seeking stability and professional growth, this is not an ideal workplace. Proceed with caution.

The management is horrible, all they do is gossip and sabotage new employees. Each day you walk in not knowing if it’s your last day. They hire and fire new employees each season to keep up with the fiscal year. Their employee retention rate is extremely low! They do not care about your time or take into consideration any extra hours you work. They expect you to give up your whole life for a half decent salary. They are always arguing with staff and even other care managers. They have microphones and cameras secretly hidden throughout the entire office. They try to make it seem like the most perfect place to work however it is ferociously toxic. They will try to embarrass you in weekly meetings then will attempt to cover it up. It’s just disgusting there, those people are not good hearted they only care about old mistakes being fixed so that they don’t get audited. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
significant payroll errors and a lack of administrative support. Specifically, my initial paycheck failed to account for my training hours and the first week of my case. When I brought this to HR’s attention, the decision was made to delay my compensation until the April 15th rather than issuing an immediate correction for April 1st. 
Furthermore, the inconsistent communication and scheduling adjustments from the DSP caretaker have made it impossible to maintain a professional workflow. If you don't care, neither do I. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
This is a shadow employer. Nobody knows what they are doing. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Garbage. Care takers don't have basic respect for the worker and thinks they can talk and say anything they want without any rebuttal. Clown work.

You get NO sick time. NO benefits. What happens to the people that get COVID? You get no compensation. No direct deposit for the longest, they just updated. I do not enjoy management. There is a lot of paper work to do. There are tedious little things you have to do electronically and written. You do not get paid like every two weeks on a Friday, payment lands on different days sometimes. Your hours can get affected (cut) a lot. There is not great communication with some people, or rather a lot of misunderstandings. 

I greatly enjoy working with Eprine. I usually work with my clients on weekends and I'm able to work flexible hours. Most of my work hours consist of doing activities with my clients and writing progress notes afterward. There are also monthly meetings and stuff which are also flexible and don't require much. The hardest part would be the obstacles when working with the clients and their guardians but I enjoy doing fun activities with them. Also, the way the work is set up you aren't really able to interact and openly socialize with your peers so making 'friends' isn't really possible.

Leadership is everywhere but nowhere at the same time. I've never been treated as if I were literally invisible at the organization. Leadership would never speak to me, but through others. Never responded to emails, calls, but would blame you for not informing them when it came to review. Eprine lacks a firm direction in the mission it wants to provide for its clients, and its team relies on extremely outdated technological systems and social practices. HUGE employee overturn rate. The only thing that's remotely decent is the salary, yet that's exactly how they keep their long-term personnel: just throws more money at them. Glad to be out of there. 

I had an extremely negative experience working with this organization. The lack of structure and the sense that everyone was doing whatever they wanted made it a very unprofessional environment. I was terminated from my position because a fellow employee at the location repeatedly prioritized their own safety over mine and made numerous complaints. Additionally, I felt that the workload was unfairly distributed, with very little recognition or appreciation for the effort I put in. Overall, my time at this organization was incredibly disappointing and I found the whole experience to be a complete disaster.

The management here is terrible. They blame clients for issues on their end, supervisors never reach out, they always change rules when I have called to inquire about certain things. Overall I wouldn’t recommend working here, you will regret your decision lol. plus the no vacation time or benefits other than sick time gets annoying. If you ever happen to work here as a DSP, don’t let families you work with overstep and try to have you do more then your management plan. You are not a babysitter or a home attendant 

This is the worst job I have ever applied for. I was hired and cleared all my background checks, I then did a 8 hour 2 day training from 5-9pm. It was a terrible training. I then was suppose to be given a family to work with. I completed the training in early may. Still no family and it is all due to Eprine. Have not been paid for training. Today I was suppose to meet with a family and have not received an answer with the multiple texts and emails. Do not apply. It is awful. 

I liked working here but management was utterly ridiculous. they ignored emails/calls, only contacted you when they needed you, and acted as though they were there to "support you and train you" during orientation and disappeared when needed most. horrible, throw them away.
