Days fluctuate from unbearably boring to ridiculously busy. 
No real training or support offered from management, they just fill in boxes and try to hit numbers. 
Management don't manage, they expect employees to self evaluate and all of their time is spent in seemingly pointless meetings which don't filter down to people doing the actual work. 
Culture is terrible, employees are chastised for trying to have a little banter at work. Like being in school with overbearing teachers, NO TALKING! Zero interaction between teams in the same building, lucky to get 5 minutes with immediate colleagues.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing good about this company.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No communication - help desk unavailable to talk directly with. Change systems continually.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very negative because there is no communication. The phone used by engineers is slow. Frustrating for engineers.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
My work at the face is good - this has nothing to do with any Equans input - they have basically destroyed the contract

Working at Equans is a great experience, as it offers an open, supportive, and productive environment. I have noticed that the transition Equans is currently undergoing is fostering even stronger collaboration. The management is goal-oriented while maintaining a healthy balance of empathy. The workplace culture feels both familial and collegial. While the steepest learning curve is accepting that you can't know everything at once, the most rewarding part is definitely the colleagues.

Managers and coworkers are welcoming and always willing to help, but work moves slowly as most people seem unmotivated to advance in their careers. Lots of bureaucratic red tape and endless meetings

It was a very small office (5 men, 2 of us women) and the team got along great. In regards to the workload, every day had new challenges which was exciting and made time fly.

From my perspective as a mobile engineer it can be a tad tiring driving all over the midlands and south.
Not too much micromanagement. 
Wages good.
Some training.

Nice people, great culture, everyone is really approachable and eager to help. Work is good and varied, but sometimes could do with a bit more structure. 

Company looks after you. The team are supportive and lovely. The benefits are okay.  Good work life balance and a chance for progression if you want it 

12 hr shift that's all I am prepared to say.
