What is the best part of working at the company?
The man & women I worked with.  We were a community who helped & supported one another.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The physical plant.  We had merchandise on 3 floors, back stock in the basement.  In order to provide excellent customer service, you had to move & move fast.  The store is now located a few blocks north, I can not speak to this structure.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
We were a family.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fairly routine in getting ready to begin your day.  After that you never knew what your day was going to be like.

pay was bad, very slow brand so most of the time you are just waiting. whenever there are people coming in, they are probably being ripped off by your coworker, so he could leave extra money on their profiles then he spends it on himself. as well as inventory somehow disappearing. even though Higher up management is confronted about the activity, they let it go on.

The most luxurious company for mens fashion wear if not, one of the best. Highest quality of textiles turned into beautiful garments for everyday wear and or special events. Company values and mission is clear and precise, well directed and extremely dedicated and loyal employees working world wide at all levels of the company.

Ermenegildo Zegna is a very intriguing place to work. Very luxury style of sales. Sometimes it is a very slow place of business and really focuses on client outreach type of sales. I worked at Zegna briefly for a year and quit due to management that was later terminated by Ermenegildo Zegna.

A typical day involves prepping the staff about client appointments, outreach goals and budgets. We then branch out and find ways to partner with the sales consultants to maximize business with walk-ins and planned outreach thru email or text. Overall Zegna is a great place to work, Training and staff development is priority which leads to well rounded Consultants.

Excellent Company with a family work environment.
The most enjoyable part of the job is working with talented professional individuals and dedicated professionals. Team work and friendly people, excellent compensation and benefits are some of the things that people will find at Zegna.

A typical day range from starting business looking over daily sales goals and quotas adjusting to difference clients and their needs to better help the. The best part of the job was networking and meeting others from many different facets of the world.

Ermenegildo Zegna is a great company to work for. Superior customer service is the driving factor of the business. Without loyal clients, there is no business. They treat every client with the utmost respect and care.

I don’t know why they have a district manager. The Dm just cascaded his work to the store managers to complete. The dm is a waste of money for zegna and should dispose of that position.

Extremely poor management.  Managers created a toxic work environment and did not support junior members of the team.  Teams were extremely siloed despite the office being small.
