Unfortunately company holds 15+ years old medical equipment with refurbish parts that manufacturerwon't make anymore; there for equipment is always failing. Some patients can be disrespectful and at times threatening an as technician we have no protechsion or saying beacause money flowing in is more important for the company. Poor management, work and travel task activities are not worth the amount they paid. Promised bonuses are always cut in half or more they always find something to cut the bonus. Your growth opportunity that they mention is relocating you where they need help to cover up jobs that others quit.

I met some great people working for this company, but the team members as a Driver/Technician were the worst, including the old and new supervisor! Everything is totally unorganized and in a mess! All work vehicles were seriously abused due to carelessness which made our scheduling more difficult to arrange because lack of availability. It could have been so much better if I were given the opportunity to restructure the team and our day-to-day routine, but unfortunately that was not the case. I am relieved to not be a part of this poor work environment, especially since it was starting to cause a major concern to my physical and mental health.

This is a great company to work for because they "CARE" for the wellbeing of their employees and more specifically their patients.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not necessarily stressful but frustrating is waiting for providers to return requested documentation.

We are family! Everyone is caring and super helpful and supportive.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy from start to finish. Phones, faxes and collaborations.

Ethos Therapy solutions cares about one thing: money. They put parts and beds out to patients that are all, to a one, rebuilt, patched together and barely functioning. It's why they need techs to go out so much- things this old break down all the time. There are no new beds, or parts, so everything has to be maintained constantly.

Pay is low and raises are hard to come by. They say they are committed to Customer Service but at the expense of abusing their customer facing Technicians. Don’t work here if you have any desire to advance or learn anything you can take to another job.

They don't care about their employees or patients. They will preach about how important the patients and employees are but don't practice what they preach. All the management cares about is putting more beds out there making more money regardless of the condition of the beds and the toll it takes on you.

They overwork you like crazy. They have their core people who helped start the company that they play favoritism with. They don't care to hear your side if you're not "one of them". They will use you up and spit you out when they see fit. Pay isn't even fair for the amount of work they make you do.

It was nice to work there with the people that were there. it was a start up and everyone was new. After a while started to notice that their was no room for growth with in the company.
