Everise

To call the training/management team tone-deaf is the understatement of our modern time. The training system is so disorganized, chaotic, and incompetent, its surprising that they have any clients at all. I can't even put into words how bad this company's training system is, and the worst part of this is that this has been going on for at least a year, which is when the trainer for our class started, and that trainer admitted that their training class did not go well and they didn't learn much until nesting and didn't REALLY get an understanding of their job and duties until they wre on the production floor. And the everise training schedule is 5 weeks and two weeks of nesting. Every day was a catastrophe that nobody was prepared for and we spent the bulk of the day waiting around while somebody fixed the issue. OR, people were not given proper credentials/access to their software and apps and we had to stop class for hours or DAYS to obtain the credentials that they knew we all needed for TWO WEEKS BEFORE TRAINING STARTED. We were told repeatedly "don't worry about it, you'll be fine, we will make sure you learn everything you need to know" and then they would proceed to NOT FOLLOW UP ON THAT PROMISE. By the time training was over, half the class STILL couldn't access necessary software, many had hardware issues, and almost nobody in the class had even a rudimentary understanding of what we were supposed to be doing, how to do it, or how to even use the tools (software) that we were expected to not only know, but be able to use somewhat proficiently by the time nesting started. I know this will sound like an exaggeration, but there was LITERALLY no single point during training where even half the class got credentials they needed on the day the were promised. We couldn't even access our PHONE SYSTEMS til the last week of training, and training ended with people STILL not being able to access their ENTIRE SYSTEM, while others couldn't access their phones, and others still couldn't access their apps. "don't worry about it, everything will be fine. You'll learn all you need to know in nesting". It is no surprise that nesting was a very similar situation. Anytime anybody in the class voiced REAL CONCERN for the disaster unfolding before them, they were told to stop being negative. They were told to stop being disrespectful. When you waste 7 weeks time of over 70 employees who are relying on you to fulfill what YOU PROMISED, and you can't even handle 1 single minute of constructive criticism, then you have failed yourself, your company, and your trainees. We were instructed during nesting that we should "NEVER" contact H.R. That's the first time I have ever heard a management team instruct their employees not to use H.R. If that's not a red flag, I don't know what is. The bottom line is, their job ad was misleading, and I'm being generous there, their recruiter straight up lied, the trainers lied multiple times, made numerous promises, and made good on almost none of them. The goalpost was constantly being moved... we were REPEATEDLY told that something would happen the next day, only to come in ready to get down to business only to be told we had to wait for another day for credentials, or some other issue that was preventing us from doing what we'd be told we'd do for the previous few days or weeks. Any time ANYBODY questioned ANYTHING they were immediately scolded, told not to be disrespectful and negative, but instead be positive and trust the process. I've never seen so many people at one place do their jobs so poorly while expecting new hires to adhere to standards that the company as a whole wouldn't be able to adhere to if you rolled them in gorilla glue and wrote it on a post-it note and stuck it on their collective forehead. Of all the bad companies I've seen, this is the worst, hands down. They've lied and/or been misleading about virtually every aspect of the employment/training process, washed their hands of any and all accountability from the jump, changed the job expectations FAR from what was described in the ad, changed what they said about us being able to pick our schedules just DAYS before we received them, promised bonuses that they have apparently moved the goalpost on, the list is endless. This is a predatory company preying on a bleak job market where they know that most people walking through the door will put up with more than the "usual b.s." from a company because a job that pays on time is tough to find right now. It would be shameful if they had a soul. They don't.

Like many companies, C3 painted itself to be this amazing place that had just started their W@H department. There was plenty of room for growth within the company and a lot of opportunity to make extra cash. They made it seem like they really cared about you, and want you to excel all while working from the comfort of your home. The interviews were awesome and very interactive once you passed the initial phone interview. You were basically in an adobe room with other applicants looking at slide shows and overviews, per usual with any job, but it got interesting when we were broken down into teams, given a scenario, and had to present how we would assist the customer. It basically gave you time to shine, and if for whatever reason your mic didn't work, they allowed you to type out a response. Training started about 2 weeks after, which was perfect for me since I had turned in my notice to my last W@H job. Of course, training is always hectic. That first few days, I'll even say the first week, is busy work. Introductions, more slide shows, more paperwork, but I've been in customer service for quite a while and NEVER have I been in a training class of 50 plus people. It was a nightmare. Now an upside is that C3 supplies the equipment. They sent a monitor, mouse, keyboard, hard phone, and a thin client. We only had to supply a second monitor (I work fine without one) and these specific headsets. Now in the acceptance letter,  the headset was different from what we were told to buy, but that was covered in my second initial interview and again by my recruiter once I got the job. Unfortunately, not everyone was so lucky, and over half the class ended up buying the wrong headsets. The headsets cost a total of 101.28 (headset and adapter) which is steep for how they look and feel, but a steal when I searched up the original price (saved about 30.00). Once everyone got their equipment up and running, here come the tech issues. Over half our class either didn't know what  they were doing, or had some equipment missing. It was overwhelming for our trainer, but he did his best to help us all. Week two was no better, and by the end of that week, we'd been switched to a new trainer. The new guy was way more forward and strict than our first trainer, but I didn't mind. It was what I thought we needed since about a week and a half of our 5 week training had been wasted, but this guy was no better. He had us do module after useless module while he worked on admin emails and checked in on a previous class. He ignored our questions once we did get in the system, and his time management skills were so bad, when we finally got out of training we still didn't know how to set up a phone line, swap a panoramic modem, basically everything our class had asked to be taught and was expected to learn. After nesting was over, I thought he'd keep his word and let us know who our supervisors were. He literally never chatted, emailed, or returned any of our calls, and by the time we hit the production floor, about half our class had disappeared.My first day on the floor, I was alone for over 3 hours until another unlucky classmate came in for their shift. We had no supervisors, no help, no one to ask but each other. It's been a little over 6 weeks that I've been on the floor, and even though supervisors and help has been assigned to chats, good luck getting a hold of anyone. My sup is always in conference calls and checks in toward the end of my workday. I arrive the earliest on the team. The so called help harasses you if you've put yourself in to tech. aux because honestly, the equipment crashes, lags, and freezes every so often. I even had a fellow co worker getting more than one caller at a time He tagged all sups and virtual floor walkers and no one came to his rescue. If your time is messed up? Go to HR because you will be ignored. Oh, and they do try and force you to do incentives. They claim it's OT but really it's the hours of the people who've quit. I worked about 20 hours OT and luckily I saw my time was incorrect, reached out to HR after being ignored for 2 days, and got what I worked for. If you need that 10/hr, get it. But I don't suggest this job to anyone. My referrals even quit. Couldn't hit that 90 day mark

Job security does not exist here, unfortunately. If a client does not need as many agents because it's not their busy season, you will get laid off. Do not "expect" to have a job all year round, every year, you may be lucky and get to move to a different line of business during off season, but you have the same likely hood of getting laid off completely and they just tell you that you can get unemployment and come back when they hire again. Some agents have had 3 different lines of business within 6 months, so it is exactly like having 3 different jobs in 6 months-going through training for each one etc. It can be scary and frustrating to say the least because if you don't want to change your line of business then your only other option is leaving. Overall, C3 is a great company, but keep in mind you not only work for C3, you also work for whoever the client is for your line of business, so it's like you work for 2 different companies at the same time, if the client says this, then that's how it is, but then C3 also has it's rules too. So, just keep that in mind, it makes things confusing at first. I heard that they also told some agents upon being hired that vacation time was available like 3 mos after being hired, but then it changed to 6 months suddenly, and I heard that is not unheard for things to change suddenly like that.  The good thing is that a week's worth of vacation is available at 6 months instead of a year like most jobs, so that is nice, but you can only use it during off peak times, busy season is for a few months at the end of the year, so no vacation after a certain time for who I work for, but still, it's ok. Pay is not high for some of the lines of business, they are all different so I only know about mine, but you def cannot survive being the only one working in a household unless you get overtime all year round, which does not happen. As far as moving up, I don't know how that works because I do not know anyone who has been promoted in the company at all. I am happy we are able to work from home now because of Covid, they did that quickly and very well. Some people are angry that we do not get compensated for internet/electricity, but I feel as though it balances out since we do not have to drive to work, I have saved so much money from not having to fill my car every few days. No commute is fine with me! I am just thankful I still have my job during this! I like the point system they use for absences. they have ways to get points removed, as well, and they also fall off over time and with perfect attendance so you have to basically never come to work to get fired for that. I highly recommend working at C3 in Mcgregor, TX as it is a good company that cares about our community and its employees, just do not think you will always have a job if you do well because that just simply is not the case, you could be the perfect employee and get laid off tomorrow because they don't need that many agents. When they laid off people and moved other agents to other lines of business, there was no rhyme or reason who got laid off and who moved, people with awful stats and attendance moved and people with perfect everything lost. As for benefits, if you have any kind of conditions that require a lot of doctor visits, these benefits will not work for you, there are no mental health benefits either, which is very disappointing since so many Americans need mental health care. Dental is good, though, I don't know about vision though as I don't have it, but it is offered. Benefits are a good price, the health ones just aren't great, but at least they aren't expensive. I think it would be better overall if they gave an incentive for raises than not giving raises at all, but I really have not been working here all that long, so there's still time.

Part of the reason this company has mixed reviews is because some clients with TSL are much better to work for than others. IQ and eero are two of the best and most laidback ones to work with, while Indeed was one of the strictest.

The client I worked under was Indeed, which is by far TSL's biggest client. TSL is strange in that you will get different workplace cultures depending on your client. I found that many teams within our Indeed client were antisocial, never talked to each other, very strict about schedules and goals, and just eerily quiet as people sat between walled-up cubicles with little interaction.

However, you go to the other side of the building where IQ and eero are, and you get a completely different story. They do not have cubicles like we did, they are constantly interacting and talking with each other, watching YouTube videos or video games, and really look like they're having a great time at work between calls. The managers seem to be far more laidback as well. They are still productive, but they also know how to have a good time and enjoy their time at work. The employees just seem so much happier. Keep in mind, this is also the side of TSL that used to be in south Austin and merged with the north Austin office. 

Despite Indeed being much stricter, I did find awesome coworkers here that I was able to interact with. And I did like the overall culture because of how laidback the dress code is, and I could be completely myself at work. 

There were things I didn't like though, too. I didn't like my manager because I caught them lying to our team several times, showing favoritism towards one part of our team but not the other, and generally a HUGE micromanager. I literally could not look out the window for five seconds without them reprimanding me for not working. In my last few weeks, we did get another manager, and they seemed much better, and someone I felt very confident leading the team. So while my first manager was awful, the one that replaced them was really awesome.

My second complaint is the fact that this is a dead-end job. There is no room for moving up unless you want to become a manager, but that can take years to achieve. In my opinion, TSL is not a place to build your career, unless of course you want to be a manager. And because this is a dead-end job, I do feel that this encourages people settling for their jobs. I will be blunt, TSL is full of slackers. They still get their jobs done, but people here are not go-getters or high achievers, generally speaking. Most of the people I met within Indeed  were there because they needed to pay the bills, and were settling for their jobs, not pushing for something better. If you want a career with people that challenge you and push you to further your career and want regular promotions, this is not the place for you. For me, this was always a transitory job and I never planned on staying.

What I believe TSL needs to work on most: merging the two separate company cultures so that all clients can be comfortable and enjoy their jobs the way eero and IQ do. Hiring and retaining good managers that don't micromanage or lie to employees. Being more flexible with schedules and getting to work on time if your job does not involve being on the phones (as long as the work gets done, who cares what time you're there?). Having more opportunities to move up. Compensating people better so that the turnover rate isn't so high and you get better quality employees.

Despite the negatives listed here, I did overall have a good experience since I was able to work fairly independently and really liked my coworkers and how relaxed I could be at work. I never dreaded coming to work and actually looked forward to it every morning because I liked my coworkers so much. TSL is just a young company and still has a lot to learn.

I have been working for c3 for a little over 7 months and I think it's not that bad. I work as a csr for uhc. I try to just come in, keep to myself and get the job done. The only problem I see at this job is some of the people, they're are a few snakes that work there, so you really should just keep to yourself.

 There were a lot of rumors that they usually fire people in February after open enrollment, but that's not true if you come to work everyday on time, and your not being rude and loud to the member's you'll be fine. The job itself does get easier with time, but I do feel that they should pay the employees more 10$ an hour is a joke, you cant barely survive off that wage. Some of the supervisor think they are beyonce, and there are some that are down to earth cool. There is a lot of young people at this job. 

The job itself is kinda like being a pharmacy tech, or medical benefits.
on the pharmacy side you quoting copay's, doing override, contacting doctors offices, Submitting prior authorizations(pre-approval needed for certain medication), oh and one thing this company is big on, is documenting there members concerns or complaints. The company really wants you to document anything the customers complains about believe it or not but that's really big to them, On the medical side of this job your dealing with co pays for doctor visits, your reviewing medical claims, hospital stays, searching for  providers or medical equipments, setting doctor appointments. And the company wants you to write at least 5 handwritten letters a week, to it's members. So whoever talked to that day you save there info and write a handwritten note thanking them for being a member of the company. And the company is big on trying to be paperless so they don't  want you having any papers around you. The members are usually older people or people young people that are really really sick, they can be kinda rude sometimes, but I get it, some of these members are really sick, there health is deteriorating.

As far as work life balance I give them a 4 star because they really do work with, if you need a break or your running late or just cant make it to work, they honestly do work with you, as long as your communicating with them and letting them know what's going on, I see a lot of people at this job like to test there power and want to feel important, but sometimes if you just make them think that they do have power because there a supervisor or whatever, it works out for you, well hey! it's lets you keep your job, well at least until you can find something better.

The company does have a lot of  good things. Like they gave employees free laptops, gift cards, sometimes they have fundraisers like for breast cancer. They have a nice outside area, and lunch break area. They offer buss passes to there employees at a discounted price, they have a company shuttle bus, that sometimes transports employees to the nearest bus stop. there is security and badges required to exit and enter throughout the  buildings. They have two big buildings so overall the company seems to be doing great financially, I do feel like there is job security with this company and an opportunity for advancement, but for me personally I'm trying to become my own boss one day, and this job is okay (not the best, because they only pay10$ an hour) to have in the meantime, until I get my business started.

I worked at TSL for a couple of years. They decided to move north, and I was still making the same as my starting pay. Even after the big meeting they had about how "committed" they were to keeping all current employees and doing whatever it takes to make the move doable for every employee, I was told it's simply out of the budget for them to provide a $1.00 an hour raise. I honestly couldn't afford to continue working here after the move. But what choice did I have? I didn't. They didn't provide me with one.

When I nodded off while trying to make it to work by 7 AM, and ended up in a minor auto accident involving a ditch, I knew things just weren't going to work out anymore. Even though I have Narcolepsy, and tried to explain my concerns, fears and asked for a reasonable accommodation, I was told that I would just need time to adjust to my new schedule and that everyone has trouble adjusting to early mornings. There was absolutely 0 attempt to actually understand my condition, or the needs that accompany narcolepsy. This ultimately resulted in my "resignation". 

I use quotes here, because I didn't want to resign until I had another job lined up. But once again, I wasn't provided with any options or help after the years I spent with TSL, even after speaking with HR about my situation. 

Over the course of my time as a T1 agent, I had property stolen from my desk, and sometimes, I was even made fun of for various things I have no control over, and my manager just said: "don't worry about it." & "they're just having fun with you." Things along those lines. I also feel like my team went out of their way to exclude certain people. From personal experience, it felt very lonely and disheartening to be on the outside of team clicks. I also saw credit for work completed by T1's given to other manager favorites. 

If you work here and have a great idea, don't share it. Just keep it on your personal computer or email account, because they will take it and you won't receive any of the recognition you deserve.

They SAY you can anonymously talk to HR, but everyone will know who said what if you're on a small team and JUST made the same complaint to your manager and supervisor. 

I applied for a promotion within my department, and my manager didn't even interview me, or let me take the technical assessment. They just gave it to someone from another department. 

Basically, I felt like a depressed husk of a human being after 2 years. I gave everything I had to give, and watched my superiors goof off and chain smoke for hours at a time while allocating their responsibilities to their subordinates. And they'll just keep asking for more, and more.

I also have new found health problems, from the many 5 hour gaps I've had to endure between breaks, because I was the only one covering the queues. If you leave the queue with no one to take calls or chats or whatever, you get threatened with corrective action for "queue abandonment". I have to get medical treatment, because it's somehow OUR fault when there isn't adequate coverage, or planning or whatever. There is truly no hope as a T1 here.

The pay depends on which line of business you work for, they are all different. I know people who worked for one LOB and got switched to another on a whim, and others who lost their position entirely, therefore job security does not exist here, it goes off of what the "client" needs, so if you are not needed anymore, you just don't have a job anymore. If you need health benefits, this is not the job for you, the benefit options aren't good if you need to see a dr more than a few times a year. Upper management for one of the LOB's does not fire people who deserve it. It is frustrating when there are agents who refuse calls, treat their supervisors and other agents with extreme disrespect, have horrible attendance and nothing ever happens to them. There have been physical fights between agents and they did not get fired. Agents refuse to leave their phones in their lockers, sleep on their desks, etc, and still have jobs. If management weeded out the agents that don't care about their jobs, other agents, and the customers, it would be a much better place to work, and more enjoyable. Overall, I did like working there, but I could not take it anymore. Again, it depends on the LOB you work in, this was just the one I happened to be in. Also, they never have a straight answer for things. One supervisor will tell you one thing, another one a different answer, which is still different from what you were trained. And you can get in trouble for saying the wrong thing. There were  many times I did not know how to take care of the customer because I had been given so many different answers on how to handle the acct. No one is on the same page. I like how they have a point system for attendance, and ways to get points taken off. The company is very much into helping the community and often does food drives etc, they also have a closet of clothing if you have an emergency at work and need a change, along with a pantry if you don't have money for lunch. Overall, Everise/C3 is a great company, they just need better upper management for some of the LOBs. I would recommend you to try working here at least a few months. They also give GREAT referral bonuses as well, so if you know someone who works here, drop their name so they can get paid! I hope that this LOB I'm referring to weeds out their bad agents because they could be a very successful place. As far as the pay goes, they should offer pay raises to those who's stats show they are doing what they are supposed to, that way it's an incentive for the other agents to get their act together, and they are compensating the ones who deserve it. The agents with the worst stats are constantly posting on the work forum that they want a raise. It is ridiculous. Those are  the same agents who refuse calls, are disrespectful to supervisors and other agents etc. Why they think they deserve a raise is beyond me. Then the agents with superior stats who comment to the disrespectful ones how ridiculous they are, get finals. It makes no sense! At the office, they have a great break room with computers/phone to use and they have a little store that you can buy (expensive) snacks, soda, little meals, sandwiches, etc.

Though this wasn't the perfect job for me, C3 could be a good place to work for some.

The first 8 weeks of work is training in a classroom setting. 


Pros:
Each person had their own computer to train on. 

Trainers were friendly and were generally knowledgeable in their fields.

C3 has fun incentives to keep people coming to work and happy. There were multiple pot lucks and parties. There were spirit days in which you were allowed to wear jeans and whatever the spirit day themed shirt was. Examples: wear a tie for fathers day, bring a doll for mothers day, wear a neon shirt or bring a floatie and wear flip-flops. 
 
They allowed at times, associates to work overtime hours and roll off tardies and absences.

Gift cards were drawn weekly for people with perfect attendance and such things.
 

Cons:
Systems often went down causing much time to be spent on restarting the computer over and over again

Results of tests or "celebrations of knowledge" in the training class, greatly effected your position in the class.

These tests were often poorly written, broken in the manner of how they are supposed to be submitted, and given to us to take before we had went over the material. Though this was no fault of C3 exactly, and C3 did file reports and complaints on every error found to the company responsible, it was a hassle to deal with for everyone involved and countless hours were wasted on tests that didn't end up counting anyways.

Other factors play into your rank as well, such as, attendance and tardiness, class participation and call handle/hold times.

This rank is used for bidding on a shift schedule. 

Thus people on time who do well in class, get to bid on what schedule they will have for a few weeks until the next shift bid.

It is possible though, once  new shifts roll out, that you can switch your shift with someone else's if you did not receive the shift you 
needed or would have liked.





You receive 2 fifteen minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30 minute lunch. Once you are out of training there is a possible 1 hour lunch but your work day will end 30 minutes later in the day.


C3 background checks and drugs screens with an oral mouth swab. 

Customer Care Specialist Reps start at $10.00 and overtime is time and a half.
Overtime is often mandatory during the busy months of the year, and during these months vacation time for all employees is put on hold.

C3 has a cafeteria with an array of vending machines of all types. 3 times a week a local BBQ Restaurant would come to the cafeteria and sell food to workers at a 10% discount. 

There are multiple refrigerators and microwaves and a sink but there are no lockers to places to store personal items, though these items may be kept on your person or desk at all times.

Dress code is business casual (except on Spirit days and every Friday) but hair can be any color at all or styled in any way and both facial piercings and tattoos are allowed.

No indoor smoking of any kind including electronic cigarettes but a covered outside area is offered for smokers to take breaks.

Badges must be worn at all times and scanned at every area entered.

Very strict cell phone policy because of sensitive member data on the call floor.

Work-life balance
Everise is a very nice company to work for.  There is overtime available sometimes.  Everyone at Everise McGregor TX work from home. I was able to balance my work life with my position, but that is not the case when you are in leadership position.

Pay & benefits
There are different clients and each client have a different pay structure.  Therefore it depends on the line of business you are working on.

Job security and advancement
Job security depends on the individual.  If you can adhere to the demands of the job there is job security.  If management knows you, or friends of management knows you have job security.  Job growth and promotions are only available for those who are connected and favored.

Management
Management needs training on employee types.  They should be taught that every employee learn and work differently and at different pace.  There should not be a one size fit all Management style because self directed employees will be suffocated and eventually leave.

Culture
The culture is fast pace but manageable.  Every manager and supervisor has their own culture they add to the overall  culture.  It is difficult to identify a unifying culture at Everise.  Because the company is a call Center most managers does not take pride in leading.  Their idea of culture is a farce, not understanding what it really means.  Supervisors and managers are oblivious to the daily struggles that agents endure.  They show no willingness to understand.  Because of inexperience they add unnecessarily burdens by making everything MANDATORY.  To secure their jobs they burden front line staff instead of providing workable ideas and solutions to upper management.  Lower tier agents have no advocate to help them navigate the stress.

Overall
Managers and supervisors be understanding and supportive.  
Stop using the word mandatory, the only mandatory is what is necessary to sustain life.
Advocate for your frontline staff against unnecessary job requirements.
Understand that not all employees are the same.
Adjust and adapt your management style to fit your employee learning and working style just the same way you are expecting agents to adapt and adjust their customer service skill for every consumer.
Lead by example and your subordinates will follow.
Treat every agent with respect and dignity.
Stop showing open favoritism.
Spend coaching time learning about the agent you are coaching so your coaching can be more targeted and effective.
Show your employees you care, be empathetic in all situations.  
Understand working from home is stressful-show you see, know, Understand by providing that connection.
Start building relationships instead of making the work so transactional.

Everise can be more than a good company it can be a great company.  I loved working at Everise but I hate bad leadership it is oppressive.

C3 Las Vegas is a new site, so the poor experience I had may be a result of organization issues due to that, but this is how it went.

You have 15 minutes to get your MANY systems loaded before you have to auto-in. This really isn't that hard with practice assuming their network is behaving. The problem is that it almost never does. You're expected to multitask a multitude of systems throughout your calls in order to access the information required to help the Members. That's not a big deal if the network is behaving... But it rarely does.

Agents are expected to use their "soft skills" to maintain light conversation with the members to reduce "dead air" and if 7 seconds pass and the member says "hello?" you take a hit on your quality. This is fine as long as the network doesn't take several minutes to load anything, which it does. An agent is judged by several metrics but are not given the tools, or network stability, to meet them. Agents have to give, in no uncertain terms, flawless information to the members, which is fine, but the agents are, at best, given uncertain information. The information you are able to find you have to dig through literally the worst search engine I have ever encountered, and I've been on the internet for a long time and have experienced some poor search engines. 

Communication is pitiful. There are multiple versions of the employee handbook floating around and they only adhere to it when they want to. Other times they simply ignore it in favor of a policy they want to administer. You can ask the same question to 3 different management staff and get 3 different, often contradicting, responses. 

They have a program called "Reach" which promises bonus money every month if you meet specific criteria and the amount you get it based on KPI. The problem is that the criteria isn't entirely in your hands and there have been many situations where it appears to have been manipulated to deny it to people.

C3 offer's decent pay for a call center, but asks a lot more from an agent than comparable call centers.

The place is absolutely plagued by favoritism. If you're not somebody's "favorite" you are absolutely ground down no matter how high your performance is. Not all of management is like this, but it is a prevailing condition at C3.

To summarize, I would recommend working at C3 only if you need a job, a slight bump in pay, but only temporarily. Work there only to buy time to find something better, because I promise that they don't care about your future and this is not a place to move up.
