DONT INTERVIEW, JUST RUN AWAY

Abrasive and terribly managed company. The President only cares about himself and filling his pockets. One 3 people worked there for over 2 years and they basically were paid well to be chained to their desks. One girl was berated so much in front of the entire company, she spent her whole lunch break (which is timed and STRICTLY monitored) crying in the bathroom. 

They also have a class action against them in regard to unfair pay for work completed.

Great company but you will be let go if you waste time.  They are not big on excessive breaks and the like.  Its good though - work hard/play hard mentality.  They are good about getting rid of the lazy people.  I did not experience any micro-managing except where it was honestly due.

I wished I started Medicare sales with them.  Several other companies make the certification very difficult so you can't sell for the year or lose your residuals for life.

misleading about work expectations. Unrealistic expectations. High Turnover. Kindergarten Environment. Stress-Work Day.  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
