I worked here for a year and I always wanted to work at a simple office job where all had to do was collect data enter it in and never really have to do much, just be on time and do my job. But almost all of the staff literally just make you feel like total garbage. They blame the lower employees for not keeping up on work and barely ever give anyone any pat on the back or job well done. We've had days where our manager has called everyone to a meeting to just yell at us and tell us to do better and we're really just bad people.

This job is extremely unstable so please if you need that 40 hrs a week DO NOT GO HERE! they constantly run out of work for people to do and then out of nowhere you're running on a 60+ hr work week but still barely able to catch up on your bills. 

I will admit I did love working here because all of my co-workers were always friendly and just really good people to be around if you do choose to work here that's probably the only perk you'll have seen a friendly face that's just trying to make it through the day. But be warned this isn't the job for people who need more than 25 hrs a week. 

The oddest part about working here was the fact they started watching me go to the bathroom, or just get up to stretch, I didn't do it often but apparently, it got to be a problem where I had to be talked to almost every week about me getting up. (mind you I timed myself at 5 mins every time I got up to do anything) and yet it was still something I was reprimanded about. 

I felt incredibly mislead after I was hired here. I was told that most of my time would be setting appointments over the phone in a way that sounded as though it was more of a doctor's office front desk job where people were calling in to make appointments. Instead, it turns out that you're basically a telemarketer, there to try and talk people into something they don't want and get called a fair number of things because of policies that demand you keep trying to sell the product. This includes calls happening daily, if not more so. 

So quality assurance scores are a thing here, but they aren't consistent about them at all. It's more like one day someone decided to give you a really bad score because they had a bad day (waiting for someone to get a pen apparently equals not giving them the phone number, and confirming when you're speaking to someone who can handle the account in question had strict rules for me and not even mentioned for anyone else). 

Leadership here is laughable. You can ask questions all you want about things like what the heck something in a QA means and they never get back to you. Or you can be working and get in trouble for not knowing what do do on an account and waiting for an answer....whenever they decide to give you one.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I never applied, the company I worked for outsourced us to FirstSource last year doing the same work that we were doing with the previous employer with the same employees. Management was okay depending on who you were assigned to as a supervisor, the training is lack luster as well as the awareness to update employees on crucial changes that may affect your performance. Many days there was no work in the queues to meet your PPH goals which will put you in a bad position to get wrote up or fired. I wouldn't recommend this as a long term place to fulfill a career. Get your money and move on.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The pressure to hit PPH when there are not enough claims in the queues to do so and they are an at will company.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work culture is good many different people you will work with. This is a company based in India, so the culture is very diverse.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Consistent meetings and emails from supervisors updating queue status.

Low pay, heavy workload, toxic coworkers, rude clients, terrible benefits (you're better off shopping on the marketplace for an insurance plan than the "benefits" offered by the company). There was a person on our team that was known for being rude and toxic to others and management wouldn't do anything about it. Management doesn't care about their employees; majority of the people on my team worked 12+ hour days just to meet their quota. Management says overtime isn't required but yet sets unrealistic goals to meet so you have no choice but to stay late to meet them otherwise you get written up or fired (like a few of my colleagues in my short tenure there). Nobody really seems to know  what they're doing as there are no standard operating procedures - the few procedures they do have are on archaic Microsoft Word documents that you have to hunt down on a shared drive that doesn't work half the time. If you're looking for longevity in a career that makes at least more than minimum wage in most states, this job isn't it. 

This company loves acronyms.  And leaders/trainers use them right off the bat without explaining what they stand for.  Taking 3 weeks to log in to all the programs while watching videos and answering questions is not training.  If you have a question you need to wait to ask it until the end of the day and then receive a condescending answer.  Needs more hands on training.  Thrown onto phone calls and its ok to have someone on hold for over 20 minutes while you “research”.  So many different programs to use it is no wonder turn over is so high.  If you enjoy hearing about managers/trainers personal lives then this job is for you. Lets just say too much info is often given about their personal lives.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I worked from home that was the only redeeming quality. The management and job is cancerous. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The management is atrocious. Never met a bigger bunch of idiots.  You are NOT paid hourly, everything is based on a pay matrix that they will abuse and exploit repeatedly.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Negative and misleading. You will never be given a straight answer or you will listen to someone who doesn't know what they're talking about trying to tell you how to perform your job.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Process claims until the system "crashes" at which point they'll tell you to clock out and go home but be expected to sporadically check the system throughout the day even though you are not clocked in and will be written up for accessing the system after your scheduled shift. It's garbage just avoid them

If you’re at your wits end. Stand strong and persevere through it! This was a waste of time. The pay is decent if you’re in the local area. Don’t drive more than 20 minutes. The project of Matrix was thrown together for the Durham, NC within a week! The building was rented just days before the trainees arrived. No stable HR system, so there was issues with pay ! Being as the space was rented last minute no onsite security. That means if you have restraining orders, don’t work here, easy target for harm, No badges, Upper management are taking last minute flights to Durham location that they didn’t know existed. 7 people including myself out of a training class of 20 have left within days of a 30 day training period. Snacks in the vending machine are expired, no one in the building since the beginning of the plandemic ! Tedious work responsible, brain melting work! Save your sanity. This was a JOKE ! I felt like a lab rat 

I absolutely do not recommend working for this company. I applied/interviewed/hired/received an offer letter and paperwork for a specific job, on day two of training I was informed that was not the job I would be working. There were other people in my class in the same situation. The company did nothing to rectify this. Throughout training, they did not know what process we would actually be doing until the last week. Training was chaotic and unclear with no real process flow. The compensation is not even remotely enough for the expectations of the position. I could go on and on about all the issues with this company. The one positive is the equipment provided is very nice. 

Don’t waste your time with this company. They are a joke. Will be told about the awesome benefits, they tell you they are family oriented, promise raises. If you have a question don’t count on management to help you! If you have to leave for being sick, family emergency, etc. your told your getting charged a point even if you have the time build up. Yes charged?  This company/management cares nothing about their employees at all. They assign you work to do but don’t explain what you need to do. Rules and expectations change weekly and none of the management team are on the same page. Seriously don’t waste your time!

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. If you are brown skinned, expect to be treated differently and IF you speak to the so-called higher ups, never expect a resolution. This company does everything they can to make work days long and miserable. They don't want you talking with coworkers, laughing or evening looking like you might be having an enjoyable moment while at work. Their work expectations are unreasonable. Management is less than capable of doing their jobs. The "job duties" constantly change and the pay is awful.

They make it sound good when coming in but please believe me when I say it's all a facade.
