I worked at FiveNines for about 18 months.  After a few years apart, I have observed and experienced how great of a place it was/is.  I would return in a heartbeat.  The culture was good, those I worked with were pleasant, for the most part.  My boss was easy to talk to and knowledgeable.  They were expecting growing pains, but it was a good place to work.  I left for what seemed like a great opportunity I wasn’t looking for, not because it was a bad place.  It’s a great place.

People who take themselves too serious might not fit in.  But if you’re a learner, willing to grow and engage with the clients and those you’re working with, while having a humble attitude.  It’s a great place to build a career.

It could have paid better, but sometimes lower pay is bearable for a healthy environment.  The other benefits are great.  It was highly flexible, and the leadership were down to earth and easy to talk to.

Working for Five Nines has really been a pure pleasure.  The company leads the field in the MSP realm, and it's all because care starts with the people and not the numbers.  Everybody in the executive and management teams from the CEO down really, truly cares about their employees.  The atmosphere is one of community, strength, and hard work.  Unplugging is taken very seriously, and work life balance is of top priority.  Pay isn't outstanding, but is competitive and fair.  Advancement can be difficult, but not for a lack of opportunity.  Five Nines only hires top notch employees, and are not afraid to let somebody go if they do not meet the standards.  Because of this, advancement opportunities are highly competitive, though plentiful.  Overall, Five Nines is the best organization I have worked for yet!

Very growth oriented small company that is doing well in the Lincoln and Omaha markets. They are more of a technical managed services organization that focused on on going managed support for customers. This creates great customer loyalty and the technical account SE's really become more of the Account Managers. Sales Team is hiring to drive leads and develop the first sale. Then they are pushed to continue to hunter for other new accounts and receive less if not any commission on future sales. The owners are good guys but make the big dollars and show it by their BMW's perks they give themselves.

I really feel like the team at Five Nines is made up of people that know how to work hard and play hard. They are really passionate about what they do. I appreciate how the engineers are willing to share their knowledge with someone that might not have the experience they do. I've seen a lot of people grow their career here. They care a lot about their customers and it shows.

I started here without a formal understanding of IT outside of my personal interest and supporting those I knew personally. FiveNines helped me to grow and learn IT in a way that I don't believe would have been possible without them. I believe that there are improvements that could be made to their support structure for their employees, but I do not at all regret my time with the company, and would consider working alongside them again!

Five Nines is full of very friendly people.  If you can't make at least a few friends among your coworkers, it's something wrong with you.

There are a lot of things to like, and many people stay with the company for a while.

Good company to start with. Benefits are ok, not fully vested in the 401k until 4 years, insurance may say they will cover 100%, but the cap is usually around 80%. Work-life balance is good, they keep workers salary or will not pay overtime for hourly. Pay is average, they are willing to train.

The internship was fantastic and I learned a boat load of information. Although I am no longer in the same career field Five Nines gave me the tools to succeed elsewhere. The people and the community within make me want to go back everyday.

Great job to step into IT.  They really care about their culture and want to grow a team around that. Career Advancement was a must as they build from within.

If you put in the effort you can advance at this company. There is exposure to many different tech stacks as well. The staff here are also pretty friendly.
