During my time at this company, I truly cared about the work I did and the people I worked with. The role allowed me to coach team members, improve processes, and contribute meaningfully to client operations. I appreciated the support of colleagues who collaborated to achieve goals and some management members who provided guidance and mentorship.

However, the work environment presented significant challenges that impacted morale, fairness, and overall job satisfaction. Management inconsistencies were noticeable, some employees were held to strict attendance policies while others, including salaried management, faced few or no consequences for similar issues. This inconsistency created confusion and feelings of inequity.

The team here is hardworking, collaborative, and genuinely committed, but management consistently undermines its own employees. Some managers chronically underperform, show up late every day, and micromanage staff, yet policies are applied unevenly and favoritism runs rampant. Gossip and bias often drive decisions more than actual results.

Workload is unevenly distributed: employees handle the bulk of the work, including extra tasks outside their roles, while leadership contributes far less yet enforces rules strictly. Micromanagement, unclear priorities, and poor communication create constant stress and burnout. If you thrive on teamwork and client support, you’ll find satisfaction, but don’t expect fairness from management.

Despite these challenges, I valued the learning opportunities, the chance to contribute to improving operations, and the camaraderie among peers who supported each other. This position can be rewarding for those who thrive in fast-paced, multi-task environments and who appreciate working closely with motivated colleagues, but potential employees should be aware of the organizational and cultural challenges especially with current management.

This company lures you into thinking it's a great job, but it's definitely not!  They have more clients than they can handle and they keep adding more clients.  They make a ton of money from all the claims the call center reps take.  Yet they don't pay their employees enough to live on, while management may feed the employees and the owner seemed to be very nice.  He would occasionally come around and give employees money as a thank you.  Yet they make millions, there are no monthly bonuses and the health insurance is overpriced and has substantial copayments before anything is covered.  Management has a tendency to play favoritism, so if you're not in their clique you'll be written up for stuff they obviously make up, when you ask for proof it's never provided.  If you're not in their clique you'll always be in trouble for something and they won't allow you to move to another department and fail to increase your pay although they have such high call volume that it stresses you out so bad you mentally can't take it anymore.  Don't trust management they tell you how much they like you, then laugh and make fun of you behind your back.  The bad employees are treated like gold, while the hard working employees get no appreciation and constantly being called out for stuff with no proof to backup their so called "claims".  Don't waste your time.  They also have team leads that will tell management everything you say.  Don't trust them!  My blood pressure and health 
 is finally back to normal after leaving this company!

I've worked for Fleet Response for quite a while . Let me say I have learned so much in the call center industry! Boy I'd tell ya! 
Company has great benefits but horrible staff and management! I hate that you aren't able to work from home full time but I've noticed some reps working from home full-time. I was told that the CEO wants us all to work in the office. So now commuting to work is a hassle due to the fact of it being so far !!! So back to poor management,  don't trust them !! I won't say any names but that individual will throw you under the bus , throw a few rocks and hide their hand . Call volume is  ridiculous and I was expected to hurry up and rush to complete someone else work which is crazy ! This job is very stressful and don't value a great worker . Well let's just say , some are treated better than others if you know what I mean ! I do like the owner but really wish he knew what was going on behind closed doors and if he knows already then that's terrible!! Someone needs to talk to him about his management team throughout the ENTIRE company !! They steady take on accounts and can not handle them which leaves a lot of stress on employees!!!! I can say more and go on and on but I'll just end it by saying , I am so happy I do not work there anymore !!! 

Wonderful place to work in terms of my team, middle management, and upward mobility, but our benefits are so gutted that I really cannot recommend working here anymore. This year, apparently to save a few bucks the company decided the best budget to cut was the health of its employees. We have one option--an obscure third party administration backed by an insurance company that nobody has ever heard of and will not accept. It's so astronomically bad that the insurance information papers have an entire page dedicated to tips and tricks to convince healthcare providers that your insurance is actually real insurance. And on top of it all, we are paying more per month for this than we did for actual, real health insurance.

In terms of other benefits, there is really nothing great. You get 40 hours or 5 days of PTO--not vacation, not sick days. Just PTO. Basically, you either get to have a few days off for yourself, or you get to be sick. You get dental and vision thru Anthem, which is alright. Virtually no retirement benefits--you don't get 401k until 1 year, and the match is only 3%. 

When I started here, I really believed that the company cared about its employees. Clearly, I no longer do. The benefits are so sad that it really trumps all of my wonderful feelings about the actual job itself and the team I am a part of. I had infinitely better benefits when I worked in food service than I do here. 

Flight response is overall a great company to work for. I see many opportunities for advancement. I can see myself staying with this company for years to come. There is good communication in the call center. PTO is good, benefits are good . CEO is awesome and does a lot for us. However some parts of the job are very unfair. Some reps take on extra work loads every day, some reps are assigned WAY more work than others, and some reps do nothing except sit around and wait for calls all day. I understand each rep has unique expectations, but that is where extra training should come in so the work can be distributed evenly. Some reps are overwhelmed every day, while others are playing games on their phones for half of their shift. I do believe that the call center is highly underpaid, at least the reps who take on extra work loads and projects. I believe the more work you take on, the more areas of the job that you learn, should be coming with raises. Some reps are very lazy and do the bare minimum, in turn creating more work for people like me. I don’t believe that I should have to do five times as much as the person sitting next to me and make the same amount of money, just because I have higher expectations. It’s just not fair.

They overload you with information overload in training and then expect you to know it all in 2 weeks they say they will work with you if you're willing to do the job but that's definitely not the case I was there on time willing to work everyday do my job come in and they fired me saying that I was too slow however I got 10 plus years and call center collections and customer service so I know exactly what I'm doing I know how to type I know how to use computers but like I say once again the training is crazy it sucks they don't give you enough time to learn the material and if you don't know it in 2 to 3 weeks they going to think about firing you so I give them 30 thumbs down.

I joined Fleet Response years ago and have found it to be home. I started at an entry level job and it has become a career. Like any family, there are problems, but I can't imagine spending my professional career anywhere else. At the end of the day, I work with good people that want to do a good job and partner with other good companies. Even at the end of the most stressful day, I can't imagine  working for any other company.

When I first started the company was great, however as years when on the focus changed, they started to care more about the numbers then the customers and employees. supervisors were all wonderful and did all they could to assist the employees but with upper management being so disconnected their efforts were just not enough to retain quality employees.

Management pretends you are doing a good job but as soon as a mistake is made and the client complains, they want to write you up. No diversity at all. People of color should definitely run!  There is no training and the claims manager pretends to be there for you to assist but he never is available-either in a bogus meeting or outside smoking. Unrealistic expectations and not trustworthy. This is a terrible organization, OR LACK THERE  OF!

Aggressive growth without appropriate monitoring or communication and I no longer feel secure in my current position.  You often times are told of "promotions" that occur within the company, when they often lead to dead ends, and there is a serious lack of training towards certifications and professional development.
