Stay far away from this place if you value your mental health. This place will destroy your mental health if you let it. Management is garbage, they are drowning themselves and offer no help especially to new employees, even if you ask for help. 

Assigned caseloads of over 100+ people I went up to 119 at one point and ALL of these cases were out of compliance and they expect you to bring it into compliance and handle new incoming members every month as well. It’s impossible and they will make it seem as if you’re inadequate if you can’t live up to their impossible standards. Like I said if you value your mental health stay away.

However if you like to work 12+ hours a day which is what it takes to complete what they are asking and you have no problem not having a life then you’re in the clear and this job is for you.

Turnover is high for a reason, they kill new people and use you to get cases up to date then give them to other people and give you more out of date stuff for you to bring into compliance. 

Oh and training is like 3 days and then you’re on your own! 

I could go on and on and on about how terrible this place is, not to mention they give 6 hour pto a month, no sick time no nothing, benefits suck. Only good thing is that the pay is fairly well but for what they expect they still no not pay nearly enough! 

You’ve been warned! 

Management pushes employees to work until they are burnout.   Management doesn't care about employees and their voice.  The turnover is a consistent issue, which makes caseload difficult to manage for the newest employees. 

Their expectation is that you work Monday through Monday and off the clock.  They look the other way when they are aware you work off the clock!  They do not like to pay OT and when they offer it is mandatory!  

No incentives, they have preference over "their own group".  Lots of favoritism and only those in the "favorite" group will receive the benefits.  

Their computer system is really bad, you lose lots of information and they hold you accountable.  Micromanagement and employee exploitation at its best.  


I got the RN position through a travel nurse agency! I worked the 11pm-7am shift!  The time that I was there, the staff that was their own treated me great! There was no back staffing, personnel mistreatment (due to them working there full time as regular employees!) They were grateful for the agency nurses helping them out. The atmosphere was wonderful. You didn't have an overwhelming dread having to go to go to work, which was wonderful.  The only thing that I would have to say that i didn't care for (which wasn'r a dealbreaker) was working 5 8hr shifts instead of 3-4 12 hour shifts!  Overall experience for me was great!

The ability to count on your boss and coworkers for assistance. Great job, flexibility and great Supervisor.

It’s what you make of it. As a car manager your always, always busy. Make sure you are organized and have good time management. Or you will be stressed.

It is a place where you matter and everyone is like family.

It is actually very rewarding knowing you are helping the elder community and making a difference in their lives.

Changes in the work procedures. Large caseloads. Last minute trainings and special projects which causes the employee to adjust their appointment schedule .

These people only promote depending on who likes who, not on knowledge. They do not care about your health or personal life, They over work you and under pay! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY: they make it sound so great with the benefits and "flexible" schedule but you will have to work over time and NOT get paid for it! You are not properly trained, at the beginning they have numerous training that do nothing but introduce you to the system, they will allow you to be lost and then blame you for your performance!

Days varied depending on your caseload.

They will give you a caseload of up to 85 clients.  Due to the huge turn over.  If your charts are in good standing they make you a supervisor.  Some have no Supervision Experience what so ever.  And will stab you in the back and forget where you came from.  Their offices are all over and you can never get into one.  You'll always get Spanish Speaking clients with no help what so ever and depend on translating lines.
