What is the best part of working at the company?
This is the worst place that you can work!! They show so much favoritism and they bully their employees it is sad when the providers don’t want to stay!! So if you are thinking about working here please don’t ‼️‼️ 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
It is a hostile work environment nothing the employees says never gets taken in consideration even if it  is a lie they will believe what someone else tell them rather than investigating and getting the truth!! All of your hard work goes unnoticed they always find something to complain about and you will never get a raise so don’t look for one!! They will pay you the bare minimum and come up with all kinds of excuses to why you didn’t get a raise this place is a complete joke!! I don’t know why they are still in business!!

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Horrible all they do is bully people you never know if you have a job or not coming to this place!!

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Miserable , stressful, depressing, draining!!

What is the best part of working at the company?
Not good company to work for very messy and not supportive will not train properly and fire you over anything just not good staff and administration have bad attitudes the company is ran poorly and they need to be investigated they get government funds and don't use them correctly seen this first hand I think eeoc needs to get involved

Having to learn things on your own  not a good staff 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very bad and would not recommend any one to work there so stay way from this company 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Bad not anything good to say do not apply there you will regret it

GACFHC is a great place to gain experience begining in the medical field i.e. LPNs, Social Workes. Most co-workers are will ing to assist in things needed,but employees staying within job descriptions is an issue. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with a small team (Ryan White).

Exciting and educational place to work. Worked as Supervisor for many years in a fast paced environment. Then chose to work part time giving hands on care working closely with a Provider taking direct orders and carrying them out.

FQHC was challenged with OSV success, financial instability and operating under workforce reduction.  Organization had an over abundance of irregularities and conflicts of interest between Board and Staff.

It was great at first than things started to get a little difficult to trust people and work in a positive environment. I like to work in an environment that has great leaders and lead by example and doing and not just talking about it and not doing it.

Outdated system 
Leaving the sweet patients behind
Walk in schedule
Late night clinic 
Cut off times
Clocking in and out even if paid salary 


A typical day was very routine 8-5, the management could have been better. There was a lot of favortism for certain employees. The most enjoyable part of my job was the contact with the patients.

Placing people in positions that do not have the community interest in mind. Placing employees in positions without qualifications. Not putting the employees interest at heart

G A carmicheal  is nice work place to work at. I learned how to work with different people.. the job can be stressful at time...The hardest thing about job is turn alway people..
