Do your research... This company would have great potential if management was not so bad  and if they treated employees respect and dignity. We work with second hand equipment that is not reliable in most cases, so be prepare to work extra hard without the recognition, because its your JOB. The moral is low due to management not caring for employees well being or care for employees at all. This company will take care of itself at all cost.  Be prepare to be told "if you don't like what I tell you to do, there's the door". To begin with we offer no real training. You real a couple of copy papers and your thrown out into the ramp. And believe me, when I say within 2 days out in the ramp with out training, you will start to regret things. Also remember we work outside no matter what the day or night is like. We don't care if your too hot, cold , wet, or anything you might complain about.  We do offer paid vacation but after a year and only if you meet the required hours needed to do so. But believe me you will meet them because with G2 you must make them your priority. Your have personal things going on you must place them second. Remember you were hired to work and work you will. Direct deposit and mastercard  paycards are available. I have to say this is very true. Company uniforms are provided but due to the budget not everyone were the same uniform. If you are lucky you will get a new set that matches no other employee or you get a worn out faded hand me down. Our 401k is an option but I ask you read and ask many questions. Oh and don't even think of asking our HR.  We are not a company that wants to pay our employees. Our main goal is profits for our company. Now we also offer Health insurance, well its not a real health insurance. Maybe after 2 costly doctor visits your insurance is no good. Don't even think about getting medicine without fight with someone over the phone on why you need medication. Eventually you will end up paying high cost for medications. Also our management is real shady, and if you see something going on that's not fair or injustice. I don't recommend our HR or Corporate office. They will sympathies with you and act as if they care. Nothing will be done. But if they do send someone down, be prepare to get lectured on how we are not a team and they will start to find things or make up things that we are doing or working hard enough. So here's my warning to you all thinking about what your going to get into.

Management might as well be sending messages through drunk carrier pigeons, as communication is truly lacking in this organization. For how important the service is that this company is providing, it is completely childish the way everything is handled.


You could be on your first day after completing the online coursework, and they'll stick you wherever they need a body, which is insufficient when you're left hanging with a whole line of passengers that are waiting for you to do your job, and nobody is around to coach or supervise. There will be rules that nobody tells you about until after you break them.
The work itself isn't the most difficult, but not knowing the what, when, how or why about tasks pertaining to your work is really the worst part when nobody is there to teach you. There will also be many conflicting directions on how to do parts of your job from different people.


Schedule changes happen at random, and you will not receive prior notice unless you frequent the work chats daily. This is a problem because management is very serious about attendance, and they use a points system to track violations in attendance, and fire you if you have enough. You will accrue "points" sooner or later if you do not somehow keep up with your volatile schedule. Tardiness, even by a minute, will also accrues these "points" even if you have no meetings or actual work to attend to at the start of your shift. Very often this will easily lead to termination before the season actually ends, letting them withhold bonuses and flight vouchers from you.

Late nights are almost always guaranteed at some point, as you can't leave until all your flights are out, including delays. This is standard in the airline industry, so good luck having a life outside your days off.


You should only take a position at this company if you really need the cash and can handle the stress of working at an airport. Otherwise it is not worth it.

One of the most difficult trials I have faced in my life was ethical and moral dilemma. This experience was a controversial issue because it taught me the clearest way to identify the situation that required ethical consideration and decision-making. It also offered me the tools to anticipate who would be affected by my decisions. Sometimes, I am quick to see ethical faults in others, but slow to see them in myself. Other times, I see all too clearly the mistakes I make and wonder why I do not measure up. I believe one of the purposes of this life is to learn to act for ourselves such as learning to see a situation correctly and acting upon it righteously. In this wonderful life I have had an academical issue concerning my first experience as a leader. However, our project was a real practice of certain audit processes and their implications into real life.

The study required that our team complete a major project. It would be supported by both market research and value realization test assesses of these audit processes, in a relatively short time. Devising a plan to balance and integrate feasibility test with business cases was the true challenge. Our team decided to have these two requirements complement one another. We knew that the best way for us to test our audit processes and gather market research would be to directly bring our educational product into the classroom. However, to bring our experience into the classroom, we needed six practical cases, lesson plans, and a plan that ensured us with tips on answering both market research questions and audit harmony questions. To successfully complete these tasks, we worked as a team to coordinate our activities and consult outside resources.

One of the most challenging parts of this project was to complete it before our scheduled classroom demonstrations. If the project was not completed on time, then the rest of our plan would have been affected. Therefore, our team worked very long hours and completed the audit processes testing and assured that they were functional before the classroom demonstrations took place.

Leads do the most out of every position, lots of favoritism in the company and the contract company control, supervisors give verbals/write ups to people who arn’t their buddies, people with more points than you get fired while you do get fired, never have the right sizing or stock for uniforms (uniforms are aweful for cold and very conditions), If you are sick at work they want you to keep working than go home and if you do go home they will terminate you, if they say they will reset your points take it as a joke cause they’re not going to, leads never know anything new about operations cause they’re always kicking them out to go prepare vans instead of staying to listen to the briefings, rarely approve PTO/APO, no recognition for when you do something good and when there is recognition it’s cardboard pizza that gives you diarrhea, they say that there is no grace period and give you points for it but in the handbook there is a grace period (the bus is either always packed or never on time), they won’t ever be straight with you when you ask why exactly were you fired, you will get fired for the dumbest stuff, leads work drunk/high and will state it on company camera and management does nothing.

What I learned, how to lead a team properly while also making sure everyone is having a good day but also putting my foot down even tho supervisors or management don’t do anything for performance unless it means you’re in trouble.

Management, does nothing.

Workplace culture, lots of people with attitude but a few good people(the good people end up getting fired).

The hardest part of the job, running the operations by yourself with little to no guidance.

The most enjoyable part of the job, going home cause they don’t care about you.

At G2 customer service for transportation, usually via wheelchair is the name of the game. Agents are assigned to assist and leadership is assigned to fill in. There is a way to be more vigilant and proactive about agents who are likely to arrive late to one assignment due to an extention with their previous customer, however no one seems willing to teach leadership how to understand and manipulate the system. The management team seems to mean well, however a lack of knowledge of the base job requirements and the assignment to assignment nuances causes mishaps that, of course, leadership cannot catch due to what I said in the previous sentence which causes leadership to be overworked and the agents to miss tip opportunities because they are late to their next assignments. The General manager often blows things off. For example: I had been underpaid for over 30 pay periods, which he noticed immediately, and it took him 2 months and the cover of a station wide pay raise in order for him to do what is right. Because the leadership isn't trained to use our system, they often use agents to assist them with things they've been asked to cover, however neglect to unassign them from their next assignments, causing customers to miss flights or never be picked up all together, forcing them to walk or have a family member find and push a wheelchair for them. Beyond that, there are no scheduled lunch or breaks and if you ask, it's often "too busy" until the very end of a shift.

As a cabin service agent, it can be physically demanding as you have to walk up and down a jet bridge every day to clean the cabin. It is possible to have swollen knees as you continue to do this each week. Arthritis can definitely develop in the knees when you’re constantly jumping out of van with no step and then walking up a jet bridge throughout the day. It was an exciting job, but physically exhausting to do. A typical day consisted of driving in a van with a bunch of 20 year olds listening to terrible music as they drive to the next plane. But what was most disappointing and disturbing is that this company operates under poor management. The managers do not value hard workers and cannot properly handle workplace disputes. They keep employees who do not work hard and get rid of those who do work hard. The managers are in serious need of training as they cannot handle problems. Also, the work conditions in the provision room with blankets and pillows for wide bodies is a fire hazard. Many times the pillows and blankets are piled literally to the ceiling trapping you into a small room with no way out. If there were a fire, there is no window or door to escape. Employees have fallen and injured themselves in the provision department. And they barely made any significant changes to prevent more accidents in the future. They complain about not having enough combos and then keep people who do not work. They constantly throw people back in provisioning when they know there is not enough space. This is the worst workplace I have ever experienced. I would not recommend working there.

If you want to work at the airport then this is a start but a very poor one. I helped transport passengers who need assistance in the airport (mostly disabled or in need of a wheelchair). With the wheelchair service job meeting and talking to passengers it's just very strange when you hire people with a lack of basic comprehension. Gets busy as always in the summer heat and holidays to be expected. Wearing shirt, vest and tie in 100F temps is a red flag, let alone carrying a tablet around you taking care of the passengers bags. I find this very disrespectful to the employees. On average you can have 7-15 passengers needing wheelchair assistance in the summer/holidays daily with only 4/5 employees working due to cut hours from the airline, so you're moving up and down the terminal transporting people. Rest of the time it can be slow and with low hours and less tips, you'll be tempted to look for a different/additional job. No break room, always with new rules that affect us workers. Most times Southwest will have 4 planes landing within 20 minutes of each other. Good pay with tips, has the usual benefits but with good pay comes less hours/day for everyone. Unless you want to work with Southwest/American in the future, this should be a stop-gap till you get something better because this is a very stressful job with no advancement. Started great, now leaving depressed.

Management at the time of my employment was just the most unprofessional, ignorant, lazy and highly selfish I have ever encountered. They say you'll have great opportunities to grow within but at the end of the day.. management only cares about the company and saving money and not the employees or passengers. 

It is a good job and great experience if its your career of interest (airlines)
but until (if it has not changed) I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT DUE TO AWFUL MANAGEMENT. First few months will be great then you'll see management true colors. Management will go against their own policies just to save themselves a few dollars. (decline passengers their rights within the company policies, or employees forcefully told to clock out during 15 min breaks and or whenever manager tells you to clock out even though you were originally scheduled to work those hours only to save themselves money on their salary budget. WHY? To receive a bonus check at the end of the month for themselves. 

When I left the company most of my co workers moved to another airline company. I must say, my co workers were great, caring, and hard working. We all worked great as a team. We even hanged out outside the work environment .. management (manager) was the only thing that made that place ... awful.

Pay can be decent but like i said at the end of the day management only cares about the company. The employees are the back boned of the great job performance yet management takes all the credit when they don't bother moving a finger in order to help.

Typical day includes servicing multiple planes in cleaning and security searching. Midnights are the hardest due to the amount of planes you actually search unlike AM or PM shift. Management was ok, sometimes unprofessional, but some of them actually really did try to get things done, mainly senior management. However some of management were really unorganized and it took an insanely long time for me to get signed off as a supervisor (7.5 weeks, supposed to be 2 weeks) and I actually never got paid for the days I acted as a supervisor while a cabin agent (they provide compensation pay if leading a team by yourself when your a cabin agent in training for a supervisor, but of course I wasn’t). Management didn’t even know I was a supervisor until I had to come talk to them about how I was only getting paid my cabin cleaner wage and not my supervisor wage. The hardest of the job was getting on and off of aircraft fast and have proper time management. As well as the fact that a lot of the time if a shift is short you’ll be forced to stay over for two more hours beyond your current shift. Not to mention if your shift is short and it’s your off day they’ll ask you to come in to fill spots as a supervisor, not wanting to come in for overtime can straight up get you fired if you don’t do it as a supervisor. The most enjoyable part of the job were the people, you’ll meet some really cool people here (mainly midnights), however a few of them will try to get you in trouble for anything.

Company is concerned about profit above everything else. Equipment is very old and always broken. Corporate has no clear vision. There is no room for advancement. PTO and benefits are absolutely terrible. Still not sure what the general manager does. Training is bad. They offer travel benefits, but if you read the fine print, absolutely no one qualifies for it. If you did qualify, it is standby and for SW only and is extremely limited. The pay is very low for the work that you do and there is no room for any meaningful advancement. There is no real difference in pay between regular agents and supervisors. There is no respect for employees. Corporate talks a big game when it comes to possibly advancing but it never happens. Employees quit constantly. If you want clothing or supplies, you will need to buy them yourself. No one pays attention to safety or training. Injuries happen a lot but do not get reported because of the consequences. Working conditions are very poor. This job has no balance between work and life. You are overworked, underpaid and not appreciated by management or corporate. You can get a much higher paying job, for a fraction of the work, mowing grass or working for a fast-food restaurant. You are better off not working here.    Do not work here. It is not worth it at all. You will find a much better job somewhere else.
