Wouldn’t recommend applying here for a medical assistant job. Small clinic everyone knows eachother and you are the target when you are new. Training was the worst training. Management has difficulty finding trainers due to no one wanting to train. They expect MA with no experience to know in less than 1 week the whole role in GI. They just through you in like nothing due to other MAS not wanting to do there own clinic.  MA take over management. Manager doesn’t care about you. Please save your time and choose wisely. Would not recommend at all. & they will fire you without no warnings.

When I first started working there, it was not a bad place to work.  But as time went on I felt like I was in grade school, with all the back talking and it seemed favoritism to employees who did the back talking and never seemed to pull their own weight.  All in all it was a good place to work for awhile, and would have been even better if they would take care of their employees, who felt that they had no other choice but to leave after putting in so many years of faithful service.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Call center .  Micro management.  You will burn out working here.   One HR person for a company of 500 plus.

Get as many  calls in a scheduled day as you can without rest 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Answering phone calls all day and having someone watch how long your calls take.   Everything is timed.   Mistakes happen often as you are rushed

The starting pay and the benefits are overall decent.  Every year for your review, your wage will increase no further than 30 cents no matter how hard you work. The management team is horrible, especially in the call center. Human Resource does not tell you about the monthly meetings, or that your first check will be mailed. They do not accept doctors excuses regardless if you have emergency surgery or pass out and have to be off. They do not care about no one but themselves so apply if you want to!

The office politics are ridiculous. The place would’ve been a little better if people just learned how to mind their own business! Mnagement acts like they barely know anything when you ask them questions. The pay is decent, but the benefits suck. Can also be very strict regarding PTO.

Fun place to work. Great and dependable staff. The physicians were an awesome group to work for. No on call or weekends. Holidays off and with pay. Great bonuses and tuition reimbursement.

I worked here during my summer and winter breaks during covid and it was a great experience. My coworkers were very friendly and my managers were understanding and supportive.

Everyday is different. Some are busier then others. It is fast paced. All staff there are very friendly and nice. Would recoomend. Great place to work!

It was not a great company to work for. Micromanaging occurred daily. Not so nice co-workers and low pay. No room for advancement. The call center area is very loud! 

The girls in the office are more catty than high school. Your raises are laughable. Support does not exist. HR is useless. The turn over rate here is unbelievable.
