Management is straight up abusive to CNA’s. Rehab Dept will put all their work on you too and go snitch on you if you’re too busy to take on their work. They will lash out at you if you call in sick. Worst place to work. No raises, and it’s divided. Everyone against the CNA. CNA, kitchen, and housekeeping are treated horribly. They will take the food/treats that families would bring and hide it from the CNA’s and only tell each other about it. Charge nurses never leave the station and if they have to because of something you did, they will treat you like you’re stupid and burdensome. Very hostile workplace to nursing assistants. I became an RN because of this place though, so it did some good. Made me NEVER want to be a CNA again.

> caring for near comatose/comatose ventilator-dependent patients
> provides decision-making with staff and patients family members for a quality and efficient nursing care.

The staff was amazing and very friendly

No support from administration

Toxic administration that effects the overall moral of staff

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fighting with administration regarding staff and PPE, I worked the covid unit

I would recommend anybody starting a nursing career to work there they have a sub-acute unit you learned a lot more than you realize it's a great place to learn nursing 101 they expect you to work hard but they are fair employers.

No type of job security here. Administration and higher ups only look out for themselves and not their employees. Stress level is high d/t how money hungry this place is. Everyone is fake to your face but the moment you need help that’s non existent. 

If you're like me and enjoy working with ventilators, this is a great place where you can gain experience with them.  They allow you the ability to utilize your skills and knowledge with them.

I love the people and staff that I worked with because they are hardworking. We are trying our best to be team players to provide the best care that we are able to provide for our patients.

Satisfactory. DHS star rating 2. Employees were, caring but the management concerned to employees very very poor. No improvement being done many years to the facility.
