What is the best part of working at the company?
None, this place was toxic, stressful, poorly run and a complete waste of time. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everything. Catty, fake people who will pretend to be nice and friendly but then talk about you behind your back. Poorly managed. My training was taking over 2 months when I had 5+ years of bus driving experience. Felt like I wasn't trusted to do my job correctly. Poorly organized. Sometimes wouldn't know what time to go in for training until the night before. No gps system. It felt like a highschool comprised of sad, angry middle aged workers. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic. Very cliquey and like a high school. Staff and managers would say one thing to your face but then later non issues would turn into issues. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Being shuttled around during training, listening to people complain about others and then act like friends to their face. Being stressed from the moment you walk in til the  moment you leave.

There was always over time availability if you wanted it.

start time and  the end time was really nice noone worked pass 8 pm except 1 route. Plus Sunday it was closed. it very rare to have a trinsite comany to be closed on Sunday. It was a less stress working for GATRA it didnt over work people it was fair when one would need to correct a bad habbit that one didnt reliezed they had. The very good about training and refesher training.
