What is the best part of working at the company?
The pay is good for the position as well as the vehicle stipend.  They make sure you are covered for your gas based off the national average. The salary is good for the position and work you do. The patients are the best part. Anytime you can help someone it’s always the best part of any job. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Making your units can be difficult. The stress is usually due to the click within the company. If you don’t fit in you basically get ignored and treated differently. It’s very noticeable. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s very young dominated. There is a lot of memes sent through group texts. It’s like the average age is mid 20’s so basically it’s what you get with that aged group. Older people don’t seem to fit in. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Community based. Working with people and helping them with their health care needs.

Working at Gellert Health is a good learning experience, especially in behavioral health and patient support. Daily tasks include coordinating appointments, transportation, and providing peer support. I gained strong skills in time management, communication, and patient advocacy. Leadership is supportive, but the workload can be heavy at times. The workplace culture is team-oriented and focused on patient care. The hardest part is managing multiple high-need patients with limited resources. The most rewarding part is helping patients improve and building meaningful connections.

Gellert Health is a healthcare startup in the Phoenix area with the mission to bring care back to healthcare. I started working as an executive assistant at Gellert earlier this year, and have already been impressed by the people and the work being done. I provide support for the management team, so every day on the job is exciting and meaningful. Coworkers and leadership are very supportive. And the fulfillment of assisting and advocating for the patients with their appointments

Keeping the schedule full for daily requirements

It’s a very great environment, everyone is caring, compassionate, and serious about assisting others.

Going to appointments with people and peer supports

Managment is amazing. I am treated with a lot of respect.

Driving sometimes 30 minutes one way for a patient appointment

Stress free, welcoming, refreshing to be around positive people in a high stress medical field.

Going to appointments with Patients, making calls, driving to and from appointments, peer support.

Company culture and the support you receive from everyone, including CEO and COO. Amazing team of women!

Most days are spent outside of the office with your patients attending appointments and providing peer support in their homes.

My time at Gellert Health was amazing. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. The pay was really good for the position and would increase as you made your way up to certified navigator and lead navigator. Some patients can be challenging, but management is always there to make sure you feel supported at all times. Most patients were great and very appreciative of the help we provided them.
