The pay, training, and management at this establishment is so horrible. They have such a high turnover rate as well because of this. The only good part about working here is the office’s view and how clean it is. Honestly I should’ve listened to the signs at first but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. They taught us one thing during training which they then changed up a few weeks later, then threw a ton of different products on us with complex work, and not even a raise in pay for the complex work we now have to do. Mind you, the training was literally just a two hour training. Usually with other companies when they are giving you such complex work, they would set up training classes to be about 12 weeks long. This company doesn’t even have a trainer, they let supervisors train you and they don’t even have much supervisors. Also the system they use is not sufficient. When we first started we had only a few licenses to work their system. So for weeks we couldn’t get into the system until someone else logged out or went to lunch. For hours we would sit at our desks with NOTHING to do, then the managers would complain that we don’t have no productivity points. It’s just super unprofessional, even the HR reps. They say that it’s a “safe place” but really the HR is best friends with one of the supervisors and literally everything you say to one of them, they relay to the other. The company needs better management. When we got into the office first day it was NO ONE in the office, mind you this office is a good sized office. They then lied and stated that they had a lot of agents sent home to work which was a lie because they didn’t even have equipment for us to start working from home. Then they did a HUGE mass hiring and had nowhere for us to sit, so they sent us home it’s just insane. Listen trust me, I’m still here only because I don’t want to leave without having something else in place but take my word for it and find something else before setting yourself up for failure. This company doesn’t care about their employees AT ALL

I worked here years ago as a temp to hire, management provided a very large amount of information for us to learn in a short amount of time and rushed us onto the phones. Management is very impatient and selfish. The company itself has insurance policies that are intentionally misleading and scam a majority of customers out of their money, which results in you having to deal with mostly angry customers all day long. Their computer programs/systems are extremely slow and freeze regularly when you need it to do your job.  The network is such trash that we even had to take calls on "backup" phones, AKA ancient flip phones without a headset while trying to perform tasks on a computer. I would never advise anyone to work there nor be their customer. They even changed their name in an attempt to escape their bad reputation, yet continue business as usual. This place is a complete joke

Current employee. They put the wrong people in charge. Im not an angry employee its just really bad. VERY unorganized, Unprofessional, no one on the same page, they give you more accounts and work with no extra pay. They are all not on the same page at al im not sure how the company is business. They constantly attack you for things you do wrong never good. Managements the worst! They under pay and over work. System has so many issues daily and then they want you to deal with explaining why you werent online or on the phone. Its crazy, you have to email a sup for everything its a lot of stress and discouragement. Training is horrible. Ran terribly! Never anyone to help or knows whats going on. Do yourself a favor and dont! 

Training is poor. They will give you a 1 hour powerpoint for complex products and expect you to master them with little to no practice. No actual trainer and you have to rely on coworkers from other teams for help. It is a sink-or-swim approach.

Systems crash everyday and hasn’t been updated in 20 years. Policy verbiage is very misleading and unethical. In result, a large amount of angry customers. 

Majority of the department is either fired, quits, or about to quit because of the unrealistic company expectations. You will be micromanaged everyday and be expected to track every minute of the day. Expect to make a-lot of calls through your shift, note the position was advertised as the opposite. 

Absolutely no company culture.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
This is a high stress, disorganized, poorly managed, non competitive salary company, there are no real benefits to being here.  All of these are tied for being the most stressful part.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very disorganized, especially at the management level, no cohesiveness whatsoever.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Upon logging in first thing in the morning, you are presented with daily problems that cause you to waste half your day dealing with, it's very hard to be productive.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Great job security the company is healthy and not going anywhere soon.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
High volume small staff no downtime. This is what the company calls a “lean” workforce.

Nice office always looks new and crisp. All inclusive culture.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Clock in answer phone service clients volume never stops your whole shift. Also they send reps phone calls emails and chat at the same time leading to reps being on multiple types of interactions all at once.

Generali has a lot going on with little leadership. You are left to figure out a lot of problems for yourself. Supervision undermines the training that is given. changes to the productivity requirements coupled with consistent systems issues and lack luster leadership , make it difficult to complete required work effectively. 

The companies motto is, “we care”. A sentiment reserved for customers. I was instructed to cut corners numerous times for the sake of the customer. However simple inconveniences like a child becoming ill causing you to leave early or being involved in an accident and being required to miss work. Are meet with disciplinary actions. 

I was hired as a Digital marketing coordinator as part of a team of three, in which I was the only one with an MS degree in marketing. I was treated with so little respect and loaded with so much work, and on top of that, they wanted me to do the work of another person. However, they started to complain because I wouldn't socialize with other employees and I wasn't smiling all the time. Therefore, the marketing manager put me on a PIP requiring me to smile all the time and talk to people (I wasn't aware that was part of my job description). Then COVID hit, and I was laid off.   I don't recommend this company at all.

Off for mostly all major holidays and not having to work weekend 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The company doesn’t take accountability for anything and the clients are allowed to say and talk to you like trash so you come to work to be talked down on all day there is no appreciation. Also stressful is trying to make a living on the salary

Everyday is a new day where you learn new things all the time. Its never boring.
