What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Honestly, the fast-paced, high-performance environment can be challenging but that’s also what makes it exciting. You’re constantly pushed to improve and hit higher goals. What is a typical day like for you at the company?
The day starts with a sales meeting and training to get everyone locked in and ready to perform. From there, it’s straight into the action, often with a bonus or incentive in place to keep things competitive and give you something to chase.

The energy kicks in immediately you don’t even need coffee. The environment is loud, fast-paced, and fully dialed in from the start, which makes it easy to stay motivated and focused throughout the day.

1 -  Typical day at work starts with sales and motivational meetings/ trainings before breaking off into our individual roles.
2 - In ALL my years here, the things ive learned are to numerous to list, but a few would be :
a- Accountability

c - Want more = do more AND its NOTICED everytime !
3 - Every component of management is held to a higher standard than  employees and are directly held to account for each team members success or failure investing enorous time, effort and resources in an aligned effort to help each individual realize their goals both personally and financially.  Management staff is ALWAYS promoted from within.
4. We work in a fun, fast paced workplace culture where daily training if offered both before and after a shift. Management has a 100% open door policy to address ANY issues and concern
5. The hardest part of the job is challenging myself to never become complacent and to continue to find ways to grow my skillset and hone my craft as there can at times be a somewhat repetitive nature to this or any sales role.
6. For me, the most enjoyable part of the job is the unlimited earning potential.  Other areas like developing new talent and grwowing with the company  are ALSO rewarding, but for me, having the ability to earn whatever I need to based on long and short term goals is the main focus of why anyone chooses a career in sales in the first place.

Working as an insurance agent at GetMeHealthcare has been a fast-paced and opportunity-driven experience. One of the biggest advantages of this role is the access to unlimited leads, which creates a consistent flow of potential clients and removes one of the hardest parts of sales—finding people to talk to. This allows me to focus fully on what matters most: building connections, educating clients, and closing deals.

The job requires strong communication skills and confidence, as I’m speaking with people daily about their healthcare needs and helping them navigate their coverage options. Being able to provide real solutions—especially helping clients avoid unexpected bills or gaps in coverage—makes the work feel impactful and purposeful.

At the same time, the role is performance-based and can be high-pressure. Success depends on consistency, handling objections effectively, and staying mentally strong through rejection. The environment is competitive, but for someone who is driven and disciplined, it creates real earning potential and growth.

I joined this company with little to no background in insurance or sales, and the support I received from day one made all the difference. The management team truly invests in developing their people, providing hands on guidance and mentorship that helped grow me to who I am today.

I simply cannot overstate my satisfaction with the support I have received at this company, especially Daniel, Tanner and Julian. From day one, the training, staff, and resources provided were of the utmost quality, which was vital as I entered the sales industry from a completely different professional background. Working as a call center representative for an insurance agent was a fast-paced and challenging experience. The role mainly involved handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with policy questions, quotes, and claims. It required strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to stay organized under pressure.

The job helped build confidence in speaking with different types of customers and improved problem-solving skills. However, the workload could be demanding at times, especially during peak hours, and meeting performance metrics like call time and sales goals added extra pressure.

Overall, it’s a good position for someone looking to gain experience in customer service, sales, and the insurance industry, but it may not be ideal for those who prefer a slower-paced work environment.

The management team is extremely supportive, approachable, and truly wants to see their employees succeed. There is a lot of room to grow within the company, including opportunities to move into management for those who are willing to put in the work.
