Started out most every  day putting out fires that could be solved with a better supply chain management.
what that being said, one tends to become very adapt at resolving issues on your own and finding issues to problems quickly. 
Management appeared to be a bit too two faced at times, which makes it hard to know where you stand.
Trustworthy co-worker were hard to find and cliques tended to form.
I believe the hardest part of the job was that limited support  you found available to you when you needed it.
And the most enjoyable part of the job was me growing my accounts and feeling like i built something, i thought, but truly it was the day they called me in the office and gave someone else most of my accounts i worked so hard on and then them telling me they had to let me go due to head count issues.

Never a day where there isn't a fire to put out or jump on a call to help a colleague out with an issue. Thankful to have an outstanding manager who takes feedback from team members and actually acts on it. The manager is more of a mentor than a boss. The workplace culture at some sites can be improved by employees being open to collaboration efforts. The hardest part of the job is dealing with one of the most demanding customers in the business and still trying to maintain a work-life balance. The most enjoyable part of the job is interacting with my team members and having them come to me for support.

I've learned a lot with the company, but I feel held back. I've expressed interest in multiple opportunities and have received almost no feedback or interest from management to promote into these positions, even though my reviews are always higher scored than most.
I would only recommend applying here if you are in desperate need or know the right people in the company to get where you want to be. Co-workers are nice, even supportive, but management is a joke. Company insists they prefer to promote from within, and I have known it to happen, but there are many outside hires for positions that could be filled by other employees.

Tremendous teamwork and opportunity to learn and work cross-functionally no job is operated in a "silo."  Culture of dedication and hard work from all levels of management - get-it-done spirit.  All levels including CEO very approachable and invested in employees and one another. 

Management doesn't take the time out to learn what the employees do, so they are never assist when we are short handed. The systems are outdated and make it hard to do your job.

The work is soooo easy. You’ll learn fast. But the management is trash. You’ll literally hate your site manager. No one in charge has any idea of what they’re  doing and when they get questioned about something going wrong from the CEO, the site manager will most definitely blame the warehouse workers. Even though we can only do what they tell us to do.

Great people to work for, fair pay, and benefits, yet could be much better. Set flexible schedules. No set time for a lunch break. Lots of heavy lifting. Slow in advancement. Great place for a young person to start a career. Paid holidays and time off. Simply overall score I'd personally rate at a B-.

They make you work from home which sets you back from learning. They also enforce overtime or you don't get promoted. Overall not a healthy place to be. 


No company is perfect and without its quirks. Likewise, no employees experience will be exactly the same.

What I can say is that my direct leadership has been great. They've listened to ideas on how to improve processes. They've provided guidance when I've missed the mark. 

One of the worst warehouse jobs - PERIOD !!!

Culture at job embraces mediocrity and daily interaction with faulty/malfunctioning equipment.

Warehouse staff routinely has to deal with being treated as slave labor.
