I wasn't thrilled with the way they do business. I was told a date and then they kept sending emails cancelling. They have you do assessments and set up your own system then I was not paid for over a month and no response back..  I wrote a letter to corporate and got paid but was told to not tell anyone else and at training they started talking very sharply and rude to us because a few people had system issues and they pretty much said we get on phones now and it was 1 hr. into our training or debriefing. I left because I don't enjoy being treated so disrespectful and treated like we had no intelligence. Management is horrible and I definitely hope they treat clients better. I don't conduct my business this way.

Pros about job: you’re able to create your own schedule.
Cons: it’s not worth the pay, constant cold calling, and the supervisors will IM you hours before shift saying that you’re not needed for that day. The most frustrating part about this company is being called off for your shift when you’re part time and this is currently your main income! I was recently called off THREE days in a row, ridiculous. If you’d rather do survey cold calls, only to be hung up on constantly, barely having a decent check sometimes due to being called off for your shift, then by all means…this job is for you. Good luck!

This Company is new to the United States and the fact that they don't want to give breaks and keep informing the employees that hey don't have to give breaks at all but that they will give 3 mins for every hour you work and 10 mins can be taken together . They have a timeclock or clock on the computer to add to the stress of your taking time for a bathroom of break to get a drink or stretch. Management has always been poor and without professional structure.I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Sitting while dialing for general and major national customer brand preference surveys on manual or predictive phones comprised our complete workday. Although we were often monitored, interviewers self regulate in a modicum of autonomy. We alluded to the idea that the most difficult facet of the job was staying awake. Never the less, survey taking/ 
customer service is personally enjoyable and satisfying.

Since GDCC has bought the telephone survey part of ORC International, things went from not good to horrible! It's not like there were a lot of perks to begin with, but they have taken them all away. The supervisors are too busy doing telephone interviews and not allowed to supervise.The internet has "gone down" twice in the past few months, and the Holiday Bonus of an extra 50 cents an hour until the end of the year was suddenly removed due to a decline in work, coinciding with one of the internet "outages".

Poorly managed with some rude staff.  The place lacks accountability or transparency and is not very helpful or caring and can twist information around so that employee looks bad.  Low salary and little break time.  There were also computer glitches but don't expect staff to be available or have answers to your questions as needed.

Great part time job where i felt my personal developmment raised daily. I was challenged and i really liked that about GDCC. I also felt secure in my job and with the staff. They were there when i needed me, for days off work or just to being understanding of what i was going through. A great work family they were for me. 4 stars!!

They have no respect towards people. You wouldn't want to work in a work environment that doesn't have respect towards you, that just shows that they will use you and dispose you once they got what they want. They will not even going to help you widen your skills. 

Honestly a waste of time, but a side job just to keep so I can save up some money. The management needs to learn not to make snarky remarks and argue with employees who just needs the issue resolved

I have worked for them and they are super strict. 
It is super boring. Market research is already boring, and they make it worst by picking on eveything. The job is easy but boring.
