What is the best part of working at the company?
Trash company. No culture, bad leadership, a multitude of promises with little to no deliveries 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
My pay was based on weather or no someone else closes a deal. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Garbage. Full of lying sales guys that will tell homeowners anything just to make the sale. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Extremely long and not worth it.

Productive work environment and accommodating of career goals. Great collaborative energy with the team. High quality equipment to work on (computer, monitor, headphones). Enjoyed many free lunches and dinners, a free vacation, and unexpected raises. Must be willing to work hard and put in extra time when needed.

The best part of Glyde is the people. Everyone at Glyde wants to get work done while also creating a fun environment that excites you to come to work. Every day pushes your skills and makes you better at your job for it.

Very fast paced environment where everyone helps out to meet deadlines. Provide lunch and breakfast occasionally throughout the year and have been very accommodating with my schedule. Best place I have worked! 

Just dont join them you can either listen or dont but im telling you dont join. Ive waited months for installs no response back from management, no form of training and no culture or glyde apparel given out knocking on people door without company logo is terrifying.

The team at Glyde Solar is amazing. Everyone works hard, and they treat each other as equals. Management is very approachable and is happy to provide support when needed. The company is growing, and it gives you the ability to learn
and increase your role. 

It is a fast paced environment but every day is different and I don't get bored with the work I am doing.  The management values you as an employee and wants you to succeed and gives you the tools in order to do so.

My coworkers were nice but the payroll was horrible. It is commission only and it takes forever for the money to come in. And you must be self reliant because management is all over the place. Please don’t waste your time here.
