Management will stab you in the back.  Inadiquit training. Sales department works on commission only. Management is deaf.  Management supports each other and looks out for themselves. Double standards and condemnations are rampant. News department is arrogant and condescending individuals who looks down on other departments. If you plain to work here you will be overworked and underpaid. The other departments are underpaid and treated like dirt. Save your soul and find a better job.

Ratings erosion, small digital metrics, living in the past sales managers, resistant to change.  Inmates run the asylum.  Back stabbing, political - always watching your back.  Business managers has unhealthy relationships with AE's.  Station plays favorites and punishes anyone that talks to corporate leadership about issues that need to be addressed.

The Houston office is a fast-paced work environment. There have been great people to grace this place but are often offput by the management team. Management can be rude and belittling to employees. There isn't a clear set of rules for everyone as each manager sets his or her own guidelines which promotes an imbalance in the moral.

Working at Graham Media Group was a pleasure. I enjoyed interacting with my co-workers and I kept the office running smoothly on a daily basis.  The management  was was always willing to help me excel and grow in my position.

Wow. Worst place I have ever worked.
EVERYONE was out for blood. No one would train me because they were too afraid you might get good at something. Terrible management was that was always too busy to help, listen, or do anything.

No one got a long. No one was safe or professional and it was the most toxic culture ever.

The hospital is generally a great place, but tough prolonged staffing issues along with low pay often leads to high rates of burnout. I love everyone I work with but I feel like the administration side isn't willing to budge to fix anything.

Local media has taken a hit over the past 10 years. But, Graham Media is bucking that trend. The pay is at the top of the market and the company is focused on technology to reach the future generations that want local news. 

The overall company is a great place to work. They updated the vacation policy. New hires will receive 3 weeks of vacation, which is good, cause 2 weeks is not enough. 

Love the job but does not pay enough. Very little opportunity for advancement. Company cuts corners to save money which hurts work productivity. You are overworked.
