The workplace environment was characterized by an excessive level of interpersonal conflict, and the prevailing culture fostered a sense of depersonalization among employees.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
My workday commences at 4:30 AM, at which point I am responsible for re-palletizing shipments due to inconsistencies in warehouse procedures. Subsequently, I optimize the truck's cargo configuration to accommodate the day's workload. The delivery route, often characterized by inefficient planning, is then executed, ensuring timely product delivery. This process typically spans approximately 15 hours, culminating in the return of the vehicle.

You could self-manage your schedule according to the needs of your territory.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Company devoted attention to corporate accounts as it should have; however, little support for non-national accounts - so I had to merchandise product at the expense of time selling.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very youngish, not too professional. People vaping during vendor meetings. The owner berated a group meeting of liquor store reps and on-premis andoff-premis reps - issue with that is the on-off premis reps did not sell liqour.

freedom, work life balance, great products

goals kept changing, and were not set per territory, also kept changing territories and bad management

actually good at the, but upper management always changing things up on a constantly.

go out and go get your job done

This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. They care absolutely nothing for their employees and will let them go with no cause. At one point they had a huge layoff. However some of the employees were fired under false reasons and did not receive a layoff package. All so the company could save a buck. Management is beyond incompetent. They don't have a clue what is ever going on and therefore they have no idea how to run the company.  

The company has no real leadership, and they do not care about the employees. They offer benefits, but when you sign up for them, they tell you that it is not available for you. They cut hours, and expect you to smile about it.
You are expected to perform functions that are in NO WAY related to driving or warehouse duties. There is no real communication from management .

Without a doubt perhaps the worst, most disorganized job I’ve ever had.
If you had management that was so incompetent I don’t even know how they file their taxes every year.
If you like driving your own personal vehicle everywhere and not having any sense of fulfillment in any part of your job. 
They get on to you for the tiniest of things and fire people with no write up is what I’ve been told. 

See 8 to 10 accounts per day
Walk shelves and take inventory 
Show new items and point to possible needs
Local management was great
Upper management not so great
Very casual and friendly 
Selling overpriced unknown brands some of which upper management may  have had a stake in and purposely putting too much pressure on 
Seeing customers and fixing problems and my team members


Executive management is all friends of the owner and put in high salary positions with no experience and they are running the company in the ground. They have no clue what they’re doing and sales reps are paying the price for their bad decisions. 

Do not waste your time or energy here. They rope you in with a great pitch but the company has gone downhill quickly. Upper management doesn’t care about disgruntled employees or trying to resolve problems. You will be stuck underpaid until they find someone to do the same job for cheaper and under worse conditions. Sticking up or standing your ground WILL get you fired. Good luck.

Nothing is structured. The brands are unrecognizable and hard to sell. Little support or supporting materials or products. Sink or swim situation and even if you preform well- the owner could be in a bad mood one day and fire you and ruin your life.
