Typical day at work is managing team and the challenges they are facing.
What I learned from the company is to have raving fans not just satisfied clients.
Management is supportive and always encourages to do better in terms of growing in the business.
Workplace culture is improving patient care and that is what we do.
Hardest part of the job is to convince nurses at the low rates that is overall in the market, that is not the company to blame for.
The most enjoyable part of the job is when nurses get to work in their preferred assignments and extend their contracts.

If I didn't have children I would stay with this company forever. The financial compensation is top for Registered Nurses in Canada, my recruiter is amazing, and all the support staff are always available to answer questions/address any concerns I have. Hospitals would definitely be able to keep staff if you were valued the way Greenstaff values theirs. The ONLY reason I will ever leave is because travel nursing with children at home is difficult. I love this company.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The recruiters. They are dedicated Azumutur is the best.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Its just the market overalll.. rates are low

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They strive to pay better than most companies... they however need to start paying the nurses insurance compensation so we can stat with them as they are the better of most companies

Takes far too long to complete the process. I think it took me approx 5 months not to mention lots of online training which needed to be done. After all the hard work getting the training done and actually completing the process to work with Green staffs there was 0 work. I have probably done about 3 shifts since Christmas which is nearly 6 months ago! Waste of time and no point joining! 

The company lacks a clear organizational structure and defined processes, leading to a lack of direction in individual work plans. Despite promoting a family culture, openness, and values, the actual workplace environment doesn't align with these principles, making it feel like they don't genuinely prioritize their employees' well-being and concerns. 

Good place to work remotely and pursue a career. 
I enjoy places been sent to because it is an agency and I have to go to different locations to work.
So far I have a good experience with teamwork on floor and private duties.
I recommend this organization for anyone who like to travel round the city.


I started my first assignment with Greenstaff. I would highly recommend My recruiter Garima Rajput to my coworkers. Her response was very quick to my application and she kept me up to date with every stage of the process. I would highly recommend this company to all my family and friends.

This organization is disappointing and if you want to be belittled by staff and treated like garbage when you have an ailing relative, work for this organization.

Very bad communication. Workers leaving in between shifts and poor management worst job of my life.Will never work here again I use to love my job but the staff and the lack of lazy workers make me hate the job that’s why I have to quit.
