Worked for this company for 3 years. Decent enough as a young guy just starting out. Quickly became a place where your value is seen and ignored as long as the company is doing well. In times of struggle the blame for why things go wrong fall on the technicians and no other group. Sadly they are the most underpaid with the highest work load and responsibility. Forget what they pay you when they can charge customers 100$+ an hour for a basic lead tech and they only have 4. But will not give their employees the title or pay they deserve. Instead lump responsibility and workload and expect you to “figure it out” 
Atmosphere is electricly. positive but you will NOT grow unless you plan on staying for 10+ years. Better to work at McDonald’s for the same starting wage 

What is the best part of working at the company?
They try and make work more enjoyable by having company engagement events.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not enough staff, over worked. Expected to do things outside of job title. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
People are rude to each other and management is okay with it.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Chaotic, busy a lot of work. And again people don’t appreciate you..

Your work gets overlooked once you settle in. When things go bad, leadership blames the techs and avoids accountability. You do a lot for low pay while the company makes good money off your work. Promotions and raises rarely happen, but the workload keeps growing. Leadership expects loyalty and worship, and their attitudes go unchecked. It wears on your mental health and leaves you dealing with constant anxiety.

Hands down the best company I've ever worked for. The culture is amazing. It comes from the top and is genuine. The company values are actually used and followed. And all of this does an amazing thing were everyone actually cares about the company and wants the company to succeed.

Loved the installation team and working in cool new places. Lots of travel but you're home almost every night. Tools provided and the trucks are comfy. You get to go out and install direct TV equipment or cell phone boosters. Sometimes they're installing network access points. Really fun job that paid good and I liked the team

I believe that the culture at Groove is what sets it apart from other companies I have worked for in the past. This comes from the top down getting to know the team and works its way out to all. They are for sure Employee focused while always keeping an eye on the right thing!

The ownership and management team of Groove Technologies Solutions understands the company is its employees. The success lays on the efforts of the employee's and it recognizes this in all of it's doings. 

Great opportunity to make uncapped income. Make as much as you want based on work ethic and call volume. Great management and ideal working environment. Ideal resources and support infrastructure.

Lots of trial and error. There were no clear directions for employees for advancement. 

This job was so long ago I don't remember everything but I don't remember being overly happy about working there.
