What I’ve learned goes way beyond basic sales skills. I’ve built confidence in handling sensitive financial conversations, improved my communication and negotiation techniques, and gained deep knowledge of the tax resolution industry.

When I started, I was facing significant challenges – financially, physically, and emotionally. I had come from a background of poverty and was struggling to get back on my feet after a difficult period.

I've been with the company for1 year now, starting as a sales representative and working my way up to a team lead position. From day one, I’ve loved coming to work—not just because of the job itself, but because of the incredible people I get to work with every day.

A typical day at work starts early if possible and ends late. The more calls I am on the more people I can help and thus the more money I make. Guardian Tax has helped hone my sales skills and taught me Taxes A-Z. I have great management with an open door policy. There is no micro management, which in sales there usually is, so yay for that. After years of phone sales burn out is a real obstacle. However, helping people, working with co-workers that have become friends, and Jesus I show every day ready put in the hard work! I love where I work, I love the people I work with, and  I love helping people! If you happen to get an opportunity to come on board with Guardian Tax, take advantage, work hard, and get ready for a six figure income! 

From helping people across the country from getting out of dire financial situations, to the my colleagues, and to the culture management creates, it's all very wholesome and has a great energy to it. I moved up here from San Diego and took the job in Irvine because I heard it was a great job. 1 1/2 years later and I'm thriving here and making more money then I have ever made. If you're a driven individual with the capacity to learn, you'll do just fine here.  Not to mention the stuff you'll learn about yourself while speaking with clients from all aspects of life, is a positive revelation.

I enjoy working with Guardian Tax. When I came into this industry, I didn't know anything about taxes. Now I am one of their top case managers here at Guardian Tax. So many wonderful people that work at Guardian Tax. Management is very easy to talk to since it is an open door policy. Guardian Tax provides you with the tools to advance your skills and even tailors a bonus schedule around your specific job duties to incentivize you for your hard work! The hardest part of the job would be dealing with the IRS of course, but that’s why Guardian Tax takes care of its employees so well by even providing free lunch every Friday. Overall, Guardian Tax is truly a great place to work and to grow as a person!

Got hired at this company April 11th of 2023, I've succeeded so much in my life since then, Management is phenomenal, they're very caring and build a platform of success for you right from the jump. I came here with no experience and have since then become a reliable full time employee, they recognize your accomplishments here and give you plenty of room to grow In the company. I highly recommend coming in for an interview if you have sales experience.
