What is the best part of working at the company?
The company has a set standards and keep to their promises in given best to their clients ,likewise staffs welfare is paramount to  the organization. They're leader in health care services. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Bed bound patient, use of Hoffer lift and the danger in the operation the equipment, likewise safety of the patient must be the utmost attention

Good and fair, I think that's what I can say for now,thanks 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
My day was okay at all time when am at work due to my passion and interest in my patients

As Director/Field Rn, many meetings took place which took away from actual work time.  I have learned that there are many ways to manage employees. I feel compassion, understanding and putting yourself into the shoes of the other party helps to see both sides and come to mutual decisions providing a positive outlook for administration, staff and especially the clients.  Co-workers were cooperative and fun.  Hardest part of the job was keeping up with the amount of documentation that needed to be completed. Most enjoyable part was going out to meet people in their home environments

Communication was horrible, supervisors changes every six weeks with no notice. Supervisors  and not fluent English speaking so there is a break down in Communication. The transito PPL eas horrible with no help.

I do not know i never worked with anyone directly my interactions were by phone mostly.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Take care the patients at work. It is a honor to help these patients who need serious help and helping them is what I do! 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part about working is that sometimes I have to rush to get the help that my patients need!

The company has a very organized and welcome community.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
For me, it is like a calm day and that no obstacles will come in my path.

I like to work with my same patients consecutively, this way both the patient and I are able to get accustomed to each other. Once I have a good understanding of my patients needs and personality I take care of them with optimum loving precision.  When my patient is happy and healthy this results in a more pleasant work environment and job security. I also evaluate that my own parents or children may someday be in the same position, thus where love and care is given, love and care shall be repaid.

It is hard to get in contact with the office.

It's a great company to work with. Good hrs great pay.

When you have to work on holidays.

The work environment is not bad. Once you enter into the client's home they let you know the rule of the house.

Take care of the client ADL. Make sure the client get their breakfast,  lunch.  If the client have doctors appointment you go with them.

Getting in touch with them. You always have to wait for them to call you back.

The work environment is very safe and they work with many Hispanic families.

I only went to one of their office in the Bronx  a couple of times, I used to take care of my grandpa and they made the process very easy to get the assistance needed.

Ability to Accumulate Paid Time Off.

Lack of growth. Limited hours. When seeking more hours, it's denied or not even acknowledged.

You don't really deal with your case worker unless there's an issue with pay or attendance issues.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Easygoing depending on the clients mood or how their day went.

My first day set the tone for my whole experience as an employee, prior to orientation I was never informed where I would be seated with in the building, I did not meet with my supervisor till my 3rd month of working there, you will be the only person working in office from your team, there are for sure cliques and they will make you aware that you’re a newbie. On a positive note, the salary was suitable and the office space/building was spacious.
