The typical day consists of preparing for the events, setting everything in place, speaking in front of a large group, attending meetings, and being sure everyone does what is needed to make the day go as well as planned. I have learned that there are good days and bad days. They all even out. This makes it all worth all I do. I have managed teams throughout my 15 years that help in the outcome of the event. Some have come and gone but most return for the events even though they do not have the time to volunteer any longer. The hardest part of the job would be putting events together. It may be hard work but is so worth the work in the end. The best part of this work is the outcome. The money brought in by these events helps this organization to stay in business.

The visitor crowd in the summers

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very well ran facility and almost all of the locals know each other

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
consistent  smooth professional

Severely overworked staff and consumers with a sweatshop atmosphere. 
If you're good at what you do, you're expected to pick up others slack. Disgustingly underpaid for all that is required.
Management is a joke that clearly doesn't care about the needs of the employees and only looks at dollar signs and lining their pockets. Id be surprised if the doors stay open another 5 years. 

A place where the old saying “ The more you do, the more you do” applies. People who are good at their jobs are expected to do more and more while others do not. Different rules for different people.  Management is in disarray and it flows down to all levels of the company. Workers walk around with their heads down and back stab continually. 
 
Not a healthy atmosphere by any means. Sad thing is it wasn’t always this way.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Good management, safety, co workers, treat you good good environment, nice work place.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not at all,everything is possible nice.

Good working environment and safe.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Enjoyable and relaxing, everything accomplished.

This place has been good to me. Anytime I need a day off, it is always manageable. There's never been a problem. Pay isn't too bad. I really like the customers. They're almost like a second family.

A typical work day is very productive and busy.  Co-workers are very friendly and pleasant to work with. The hardest part of the job is learning new skills.

I enjoyed working here, just wish things were different in a positive way . The payrate needs to be raised.  It will go good at first and then you will begin to see the cracks 

Great Company  to work for, flexible work schedule, good pay. Great co workers and management, they really do care about their employees. I would recommend.
