While initially working for HM for great, good benefits, decent pay, and unlimited PTO, thing took a sharp declined. Immediate management were great, doing their best with what the higher ups were throwing at us so truly no fault of their own. Upper management made too many drastic changes too quickly with very little transparency. Very little care of the people doing the ground work and dealing with patients directly. Tier 1 & 2 agent were generally very pleasant to work with.

Remote work, Fair compensation, Workload very easy to manage but with any start-up there's growing pains. Awesome Management! People friendly always willing to help.

They are dishonest and their policies are designed to protect the company and not the providers. They could care less about employees. Peacock was the worst. The epitome of a narcissistic medical director. 

Toxic workplace culture with no corrective action. Unpaid wages, very little room for growth. A lot of bias and favoritism. Unlimited time off is really just 6 weeks max and that’s if your manager wants to approve. 

I loved working at Henry Meds for the first year. Pto was great. Then, the lay offs started happening and the micro-managing from higher ups. Low pay when our workload got heavier
