Home Care Now is family oriented to the clients and their employees, they believe in given  everybody the respect and dignity that is due when caring for others, and family members to. 
I’ ve been with Home Care Now for almost 4 yrs and I enjoy my clients, with their daily activities and just sitting there talking with them, also even though I’m not big on pets they grow on you to.
What I’ve learned from Home Care Now is that’s it’s okay to ask question when your not sure of things that come up, and situation that are not in your control.
The office staffs is alway their to lend a hands to the employees whether it’s office related or personal.
The hardest part for me is when a client is near the end of his/her journey with life the sense of loss to both family and caregiver is unbearable, but you know you made sure they were comfortable.
The most enjoyable part is the gathering at Holiday and in-service when we see are colleague and staffs just to thank everybody for the wonderful care that has been given to our patients and family.

I worked for Home Care Now for 4 years and was re hired in 2024. From 2018- 2021 I had a flexible schedule and was working 40 hours plus a week. I did feel I was over worked and under paid. One shift I was with a client in the hospital and the usual shift was 10-12 hours. That particular shift I was there over 24 hours. There were no health benefits provided and no PTO. The staff was very friendly. This is a great part time job or PRN for CNA's and nurses but I certainly would not recommend this employer if you want to retire from this organization.

Despite a very difficult pandemic struggle to find staff for our patients as well as personal losses in our Exec's own families, this company still stands to continue servicing our patients and supporting us as Caregivers.

Home Health can be very challenging/crazy! sometimes, but "the Office" is always available to listen, guide, and back us up. This is my 3rd year with this company and I'm very picky about who I align myself with and represent...

If you like to assist patients and families in their homes, you will feel appreciation for your help from them and Home Care Now staff.



As a 7 year employee I have never felt so appropriated. I get to care for the most wise, amazing, and wonderful people. I learn more practical ways to assist patients everyday. It's always pleasant whenever I have an issue or concern dealing with management. They treat me with respect and support. Whenever I need to visit the office, I'm greeted with smiles and appreciation. The most difficult part my job is the end of a case. For I care for others like family. Leaving them at times can be heartbreaking. But I find joy in meeting new families getting to know them and being able to assist them in their time of need and they love to see me coming. 

I believe the best way to say the typical workday starts at the clients house. I clock in and get to work keeping sense of humor. I learned how to see the first signs to the last stage of dementia. When I turn in my paperwork for the two weeks, I get respect from the manager and the scheduler. The hardest part of the job is when I don't get to care for them anymore and I have to say goodbye. The most enjoyable part is knowing that I feel like I make a difference in somebody else's day.

Home Care Now is a wonderful place to work. Everyone in the office will help the staff in the field to be updated on what is going on.  It can be crazy at times and challenging when it comes to the Covid 19 to protect the staff and clients.  The office staff will always back you up and be there for you when needed. When having any type of question they will always be there for you no matter what time of day. If you need guidance they will help you all the way.

They dont give enogh hrs. To work they are ok I guess if you don't have any bills to pay and you want to starve another problem I had their is that yeah they have employee recognition or whatever you want to call It  I've never received one ! And another thing that I did not like about that company is the fact that they pick and choose who to give the shifts to the long shifts. and who to give the 1 and 3 hourcases too and 2 and 3 our cases to

What is the best part of working at the company?
Positive experience. Every day a new adventure.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Equipment failure. The computer caused problems.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great company to work for with solid culture.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful but not the companies fault. Client related issues.

The supervisor and office workers are very easy to talk to and deal with. If there is a question there is always someone available to answer immediately.
They try to accommodate you and make sure you are scheduled to work.
They make sure we continue with the education part of our job.
I find that they are always concerned about the clients and make sure everyone is taken care of.
The clients are great to work with.


This is a great place to work. I have been here for 10 years. They recognize eager employees with "Star of the Month". They see that things are available for recertification and they set up assignments that's needed.
