This is the worse staffing company I’ve ever worked for. Their communication. What’s that? Does not seem to genuinely care for their nurses. Certainly do not advocate on their nurses behalf when issues arise. Overall culture of the company is terrible and wouldn’t recommend to any nurses trying to work with a staffing agency. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing is the best the owner lied to you and your paycheck is always short 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
To work for this company is stressful 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Hectic it is not worth it at all

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
They are always losing your credentials

I've been working for bigger companies on contract assignments but its not as good as it used to be. HRK is a smaller local company but is growing because I got submitted for travel contracts with them this week too. The staffers always do their best to make sure I get my shifts when I'm in town.

I love management very understanding and compassionate. I have no issues with getting in contact with them when I need to and if there is an issue they work with you to help solve the issues with assignment sites. Great place to work 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Onboarding was easy most jobs I worked was well managed and HRK always had an open communication with all agency nurses  

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not knowing what to expect while working with a client

There is no opportunity within this company. You get paid one rate cross the board no better what shift no benefits no advancement opportunity. Now additional employees in office to answer to. Just a little bit extra..... Needs to concern himself with benefits of the employees more than himself

Horrible management and HR sucks this company does not appreciate their employees at all they choose what to believe over their employees they put their employees last and not first overall would not recommend working here 

Onboarding representatives with k language barriers and technological incompetency.  No accountability taken by staff members. Will not consider personal issues or make exceptions.

This place is a complete joke . Horrible people horrible recruiters. They talk are very rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend this place AT ALL!!!!!!! 

Very attentive to your needs. Good relations with clients. Weekly pay. Owners are Very family oriented and respect their employees. Will act quickly to fix any issues you may have
