There were more responsibilities than what was mentioned and more than what I signed up for! My workload constantly increased while my salary remained the same! Even you’ve worked for years, management won’t give you a pay increase unless you ask for it! But asking won’t guarantee you’ll get it! It also won’t matter how diligent or hard you work! The blatant favoritism and discrimination here is awful that you’ll be discouraged to even work! It’s the main reason employees are unhappy and demoralized aside from the stress and constant overtime work! Management isn’t as supportive as to those they favor, so we’re basically left on our own, resolving problems, managing issues however we can! With all the responsibilities and constantly increasing workload, I was always and exhausted and I can say that I was terribly unhappy here!

This agency is an absolute circus and easily one of the worst experiences of my career. The onboarding is rushed, but the moment payment is due, excuses appear from every direction and urgent issues are brushed aside as if they do not matter. Trying to communicate with management is tense nd uncomfortable, and even the simplest question feels like walking on glass.
There is no real support at all. No proper protective gear, no identification, no backup aides to cover shifts, and not even basic breaks. The workloads becomes miserable because problems that could be fixed in minutes are allowed  to grow into constant headaches. The only thing that  brings any relief is meeting people from different backgrounds who are trying their best to survive the mess. Nurses and aides, be warned.

Humancare by far has been a great place to work, the team at this office is attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. They understand the challenges of homecare, what the nurses go through day to day there approach is fair to both clinical matters and the patients they service. The office is well organized, modern with a gallery style decor, the management team has been very supportive and the payroll department is always available for assistance.

The workload was unbearable. Staff were forced to manage overwhelming caseloads with almost no breaks, leaving exhaustion as the constant companion. The pressure was relentless, and burnout felt inevitable if the pace continued. I quit to protect my sanity. Leadership must step up and take responsibility for the impossible expectations placed on employees. Ignoring the problem or pretending it will resolve itself only makes things worse. Without real intervention, the workload will continue to crush moral and ultimately damage the organization.

You are offered many cases with long hours but beware of trying to take a day off or having another aide cover your shift As far as getting anyone on the phone for emergencies NOT HAPPENING calls texts emails and voicemail left on many different extensions and departments NEVER HELP WHEN NEEDED Callbacks responses and coverage come few and far between When they need you to work you get called several times a day Unacceptable and very Frustrating

So far it isn't really stressful. I come in and focus on my work assignments.

Very friendly and diversity which makes it a great place

It is busy but meaningful. I enjoy helping others

No reasonable employee of Humancare Home Healthcare Service will deny that we have an awful experience in this company. The work environment is stressful because our leaders are incompetent and unreliable. They are liars who lie to employees all the time. They are also rude and aggressive toward us for no apparent reason. 

The people in the payroll department are the worst. They don’t take calls or respond at all. Their ridiculous behavior leaves little room for improvement. The leadership avoids employee concerns in this regard. They just want you to handle stressful and exhausting workloads. They don’t care about you or your paychecks!

It’s nice working here, good coordinators, they give cases to new employees ASAP making them get to work as fast as possible, easy employment process,  etc but what I don’t like is the fact that there’s no benefit and the pay is exactly like other companies that offer benefits.

There no room for growth,while they like to hire outsider with no experience or control over the dept.work is unevenly divided..if you can tri-task then there happy to give you everything.
