A lot of drama, seems to always be there. There will be spells when things are going great then someone has to go in and ruin everything. Shifts can't seem to govern themselves, they're always taddle telling instead of working out their problems which always seem to get escalated to the Lab Director. The manager is one of those people who always have to "one up" you. You can't ever have a conversation with this person without how their experience/life/belonging is better. She/he generally has a cruddy attitude, looks and talks to you like you're insignificant or stupid. They have unrealistic expectations of everyone. You can't be a human and make the slightest mistake. Don't ever call in, even though you might be dying, because you will always hear... "well I'm out of people." They work you to the bone then expect more out of you. It's always a stressful environment and it's not even due to patient load; it's the lab itself. There is a high turn over rate for a reason. Can't trust anyone, and people are watching/reporting your every move. You get paid decently for being in Greenville but there is no life balance. You never recieve praise for a job well done, due to everything and everyone being negative and when you get scolded... it's not for one thing, it's for a bunch of issues then you're alienated.

Well the job is all over the place, They'll train you to do one thing then you'll be told by management weeks later to do it another way, They're slow to get your employee login information going and seem like they dont have any urgency or staff to do the task, You'll be asked to create accounts for 5 or 6 different sites and be expected to remember them all, including downloading apps on your phone for them to get ahold of you on your days off, youll be expected to come into work on your days off and expect to see your manager replaced atleast 4 times a year, They dont look at any positives you've done as an employee before letting you off and will let you off even if youre on time and never call out a single day of your time here, All around a big mess with lack of funding and jumping through hoops trying to get things done at a unreasonable pace. Not to mention the crazy changing schedules week to week. You'll be asked to complete nurses duties, janitorial duties, aswell as security duties.

I worked at this company for over a year at first it was amazing I was excited to get to work every day. After a change in management in my department it turned into a complete nightmare. We were doing not only our work but others work as well. Walking on eggshells, always feeling like there's a target on your back and they are trying to find any excuse to get rid of you. 
Unless you know someone with in the higher up positions you mean absolutely nothing. If you are one of the favorites to know someone in a high position your safe. Promotions are mostly based on who you know not what you bring to the table.  

I worked here only for a short timeframe of 5 months due to spinal surgery. In that time I observed administration having an open door policy, and supporting the employees whenever they needed it. My absolute favorite thing about HRMC is that they treat all employees as if they were family, and encouraged growth within the company. They always wanted to see employees grow and reach whatever goals they had for their career. 
I encountered many staff members that had been there 20 plus years, and for a health care company that is rare to find/see. 
After my neck surgery we moved and the commute would have been almost 2 hours, otherwise I would still be at this company. 

I am a physical therapy aide at Hunt Regional's off-site clinic in Forney. All of us work diligently to create an extremely positive and healthy culture at the clinic. Everyone works hard and has fun, respects each other, and is passionate about their work. Patient care is top priority in all aspects, and the therapists are invested in your success. The key to success in this position--being eager to learn. It's truly awesome to be able to make a difference in patients' lives every day. You won't regret coming to work for Greater Therapy Centers in Forney.

This was probably one of the worst working experiences I have ever had! Very unprofessional staff, chaotic environment, no training by experienced professional onboard in this lab. VERY poor management and work ethic, extremely immature staff. I would not recommend this job on any level, and furthermore I would pray that I would never have to visit this hospital again for any reason. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing..period.I am seriously considering contacting the Dept. of Labor regarding my experience there.

Used to be a great place to work, but a lot of changes over the past year have driven it into the ground. Management no longer cares about their employees, or their patients, they care about numbers. ER management cares more about moving people through rooms in the ER then actually providing quality care. It's all about quantity over quality now. Favoritism and nepotism is at an all time high, and with the person they currently have over HR, if you do one thing to bring attention to yourself, you're good as gone, without so much as a write-up in your file. Many of us once felt appreciated there, now many people are trying to jump off a burning ship.

Working for the physician and clinical staff was a great experience. Clinical days, administrative days to prep the patients for the following day, obtaining auth for specialty drugs. Cleaned and stocked rooms, retuned patient calls, made appointments, called on Hospital patients that were discharged to make appts. New patient referrals, managed home health orders. Answered phones as they ring to ALL employees phones. No room for advancement. No pay increases and benefits were changed to nothing like they were.

The environment has now taken on the corporate attitude and the employee has become a number and a position title

Hunt regional is rapidly expanding. Unfortunately that means it can’t manage any one facility very well. Bills aren’t being paid and vendors are leaving. Recently Human Resources has begun firing employees who have been there the longest without reason or cause. If you file unemployment they will also dispute your claim. If you try to find a new job they will do their best to hurt your chances with future employers. I do not recommend anyone get a job here.
