It’s been frustrating dealing with my current employer. Despite being promised a pay raise after six months of employment, I am now two years into my role and still have not received it. I’ve raised the issue multiple times in various meetings, yet the response is always that they are “still looking into it.” The workload has only increased over time, and I feel that my efforts are being overlooked. I’ve taken on more responsibilities without any financial acknowledgment, which leaves me feeling undervalued and unappreciated. The lack of action from management and broken promises have made it difficult to stay motivated. It feels like I’m being taken advantage of, and at this point, I’m questioning my future with the company. I deserve to be fairly compensated for my work and dedication, and the continued delays are unacceptable. This situation has left me feeling disheartened.

This place is run by very poor management.  Management will put you under the bus with the client as soon as they get a chance.  I have never worked for a company that creates an environment for their employees  to get easily fired by the clients.  Very poor communication.  The managing acts as a client informer.  Most of the employees here are in H1B visas and are stuck with company.  Most of the employees were very unsatisfied with the company and if they have no constrains will leave the company quick.  Pay is very poor.

The culture of this company is very family oriented and everyone I worked with was amazing. People are young, personable, and a joy to be around. I had the pleasure of meeting the CEO and founder of the company which really shows the company's commitment to making each employee feel important.

Being part of a company that strives to make an impact on sustainability and environmental issues. A company who supports clients to bring life saving medicine to patients. 

I enjoyed working for Hyde.  Always felt like part of the team.  They thrived to have a family like environment.  It was nice to have different projects continually. I learned project management by fire.

John Hyde is a great person, and has built a company that espouses his values and work ethic.  I would not hesitate to recommend working for Hyde to anyone.

Leaders are clearly confused about the future of this company and have created a toxic environment. Emails are monitored and sometimes deleted for no reason. They have created such insecure place to work in.

Hyde E&C is a great place to work. They have given me awesome guidance and support in this internship. I have learned the basics in pharmaceutical industry cleaning process and validation.

Good benefits, new learning always.  Management is fair .  Co workers are very intelligent and educated.  Good to work with.

I am still having fun working for Hyde, learning about consulting business and customer relationships.
