Don't work here unless you are open to working both 12hr 3/4 shifts AND 8hr M-F shifts because this place has switched my department back and forth four times in the last three years. These people cannot make up their minds about what works best for them. (What works for you is of no concern at all.)

Every time they do this shift change everybody has to choose which shift they prefer, but in the end they put you on whatever shift they need. They do this with no regard to how it disrupts people's lives. If you decide to work here don't make any plans for your life outside the company because you never know what your schedule is going to be in six months.

Also, due to the poor planning and unrealistic goals, count on mandatory overtime. LOTS of it! That's great if all you care about is money, but if you care anything about having a life outside of work it's a real downer. 

There is no paid lunch here. Okay, that's pretty common, but that means they're docking you :30 for lunch. Since that leaves you with only 7.5 hours per day, these people decreed that if you do have an 8hr shift then you have to clock in 15 minutes early, and then stay for 15 minutes after your shift ends before you clock out, and if you fail to do that then it's counted against your attendance. Either way, they're paying you for 30 minutes that you're not actively working.

Decent people, easy going supervisor.

Pay: Currently $18/hr base pay plus $1/hr differential. Once hired, expect to never get an answer on pay raises except for the 1 time a year they give anywhere between 3% or less on a raise. My 1 raise so far was 1%
They at least seem to do market adjustments to certain roles on the rare occasion, boosting base pay for everyone with that title. If you already make more than the market adjustment for that title, I believe you get no pay boost.

PTO: Had been a lack of work for this year. Was losing PTO for week long company shutdowns.
Also PTO can't be used purely any time you want to. You can't just ask for multiple weeks in a row with a Monday or Friday off. Their excuse in HR was "Interference with work"

Safety: They put it on a pedestal, yet we've made complaints about our single warehouse material handler should have a 2nd material handler hired for our full shift for the fact of health related reasons.
No one would likely notice for hours if our warehouse material handler collapses.

Company would rather spend money on new machine or equipment, "safer" and "more comfortable" things that many find even more uncomfortable than before. Costing likely millions in development a year but can't bring themselves to give a decent pay raise.



A typical day can consist of changing dryers setting your self up by planning early and staging material for low resins, looking over each dryer and seeing what it is currently running, what it plans on changing into, and the amount it will most likely need. There's lots to learn and plenty of room to grow though it can take time in my experience. Some things I've learned was having better communication, be a better problem solver, pallet jack/forklift experience, and learning how to use their inventory system.  Workplace culture seemed fine, though it was apparent I didn't fit in. Hardest part of the job came mostly from stress. In my opinion, this would be a prefect job for someone who is able to get a full nights rest and be able to work 12 hours, otherwise it can make for a less enjoyable experience. The most enjoyable part of the job for me was being able to be my own boss, I enjoy relying on myself and being able to cover most of the things on my own. It was a relaxed work environment, and there was plenty of time to finish most of your work before heading home.

If I had to give advice to this company, I would say try to treat every employee like they are valued, and give them feedback, and the respect for the job will grow. There needs to be an incentive to do a good job, as you are able to get away for not doing so.

For network and IT it’s a good growing and learning experience. If you’re seasoned there will be outdated processes and techniques.  Network team is expected to travel all over the world at the drop of the dime. Be that switch refreshes or site acquisitions etc. 
if your based out of San Clemente you will also be inventory and shipping. This accounts for about 20-25 percent of the job. Counting cables large switches etc. large shipments come in you’ll be expected to label them and ship them to other countries. Coordination with the shipping teams finding weights dimensions and ein/hts numbers.  There is not a ton of meetings and most work is project based with some tickets that come in.  Management is ok. The lead is very knowledgeable great to learn from but lacks people skills. The last three guys that left were down talked and there was a strange sense of betrayal when you decide to find somewhere else to look. Pay should be better. Health insurance was expensive and wasn’t the best for coverage.  401k march is on par with the industry as well as PTO.  Not a lot of room for growth previous employees asked for raises or promotions to senior roles which were never filled. It’s good for learning but not great to stay at.   

When your'e being harassed at work. your managers just tell you to grow thick skin. Manager's sure have their favorites and would ignore any complaints about that employee. they will do whatever it takes to  help them grow by training them in several areas and if they can influence their superiors to give them better raises. 
why show favoritism to guys who have lied on their productivity sheets, constantly late or hiding out everyday for 30 min, while the rest of us work,
Why should I care anymore to a company who does't care about my well being. The managers and certain employees constantly break the honor system that we are supposed to uphold by the ethics committee.
this wasn't like this at the beginning a long ,long time ago.
I only stay there for certain reasons and if I can find better pay someplace else and at least get some vacation at the beginning at another place , I am gone. Management,supervisors and co workers are all for themselves and their favorite people. NO TEAM WORK exists here.
the cost of living is a joke 1-2% and a bonus if the company reaches its goal the previous year. The Only thing that's enjoyable about this job is when you clock out and pay day.  
Not bitter, but truthful!

If you have any other job opportunities, (even at a lower base-salary), disregard this company, and look elsewhere.  Below standards corporation with huge need for improvements.  They offer higher than average salaries to attract talent, but talented individuals do not stay long-term.  Weak, unskilled management teams.  Very lax oversight  (they don't have the skills)   Most of them promoted within since newcomers do not stay with the co. The result is middle and upper managers with limited experiences, lack of skills and training.  They would be considered less than competent in other organizations.  New CEO is attempting to improve quality and change overall culture.  He is facing an uphill battle dealing with poorly trained people.  Recently a former employee asked me if the low standards, lack of accountability, incompetent managers, and overall vulgar environment, (employees using F@#$ and Sh#$ during meetings is acceptable) have changed.  Regrettably, environment remains the same.  Her assessment was correct.  I regret accepting this job offer.

I worked for them as a contractor for over a year and most of the employees on my team were contracted. People were hired permanently/direct ahead of all the contractors whom were told they would get permanent positions. The company has no loyalty to their employees.  Why tell all of your contractors that the position is eligible to go from contract to permanent if you’re not going to allow them the opportunity and instead hire from outside and have us train the new hires that were hired on permanently? It was a complete slap in the face for a lot of us. Many of us were there for over a year. A lot of people including myself were let go the same day we were notified that our contract wasn’t being renewed. They’ve been letting go of contractors in waves. I guess this it was happens when you work for a global company. Never again will I work for a big company like this.

Title: Not a healthy workplace. High turnover for a reason.

Working here was one of the most difficult professional experiences of my life. The environment is stressful, disorganized, and often feels hostile. Concerns go unaddressed, communication is inconsistent, and policies seem to apply differently depending on who you are.

Training was minimal at best. New hires are expected to “figure it out” in departments with little structure or support. Some leaders are rarely present and others seem to be rewarded regardless of performance. Meanwhile, others are written up for extremely minor things.

Leadership often uses fear or pressure tactics, which doesn’t promote growth — it creates burnout. HR is more interested in protecting management than resolving problems. If you're hoping to build a career with integrity, support, and opportunity, I’d look elsewhere.

Some departments are better than others, but in areas like molding or service, the turnover speaks for itself.

I did my Capstone Project at the Austin Facility where they produce various IV solutions and their packaging. There is an excellent amount of talent at the facility and there are some faithful employees who have been there for decades. Their culture seems pretty genuine and welcoming. Because they produce pharmaceuticals, there is a lot of paperwork and restrictions in working with projects, meaning progress can be slow and an individual may work on several projects simultaneously. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and there is lots of potential to make an impact on their processes. They offer some decent benefits from what I  was able to observe, and they are flexible in their employees work life balance as some employees can often pull long hours each week. I enjoyed working with them overall.

Sales organization is a culture of micro management and devaluing the customer facing sales reps.  Everyday is a complete  circus ran from the top down.  Persistent brow beating by management. Fire Drills to complete redundant spreadsheets and laborious / time consuming  market analysis for the internal Directors & Managers. Internal resources are a skeleton crew of overworked employees. This company has absolutely NO Technology infrastructure for account management, customer service and marketing. Field sales reps and implementation teams are expected to be highly efficient with obsolete hardware technology- that needs to be repurposed as a boat anchor.  The device specialist are expected to handle all unpaid invoices & contract violations- many with product pricing errors related to incorrect GPO tier prices being loaded by customer service that date back 3-5 yrs!
