What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing, leaving the building. Was alot of politics and dessicion made without any real understanding of outcomes or proper procedure's to run a organized company. Will do anything to avoid real responsibility. If I fail, then u did first. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Was expected to acamplition more task than possible in a days time, they pick there favorites and the rest are meaningless. Over look, under paid, and walked on. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Empty, with no work, or over loaded with work and no staff. No friendly faces, no real safety measures in place, no one that cares for the work being produced or the people manufacturing the product.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Overwhelming, stressful, but I make the best out of what I'm doing.

Like the title says, the pay is decent but I've been wondering what's going on since day one. It feels like I've been here for FAR longer than I actually have been because there's a lot of chaos overall in every department - office and shop floor. *!!BUT!!* To be fair, it's a business that's growing. & just within recent years, it's basically graduated from infancy in a pretty fast boom. I imagine that the *kinks* will get ironed out in due time. The place is easy to get into for almost anyone, but just brace yourself & be ready to practice patience if you're looking to build a career. If you're just looking to get in for a paycheck, please just be willing to do your job at the bare minimum. It's all easy as heck, just do the job & don't be afraid to ask questions if you're ever unsure.

After reading a one review on here i had to post as well. This company does not experience lay off unless your through a temp service. Great place to work and start a lasting career. I have been with IMH for 5 years. I've gotten many of my friends jobs here and they have advanced with in less than a month working here. Some things are micro managed just like any other job but with building trust in your work management backs off. This company have doubled in size since ive been here and im excited to finally have a career i plan to retire from. There isn't forced overtime but overtime is encouraged and you can work pretty much as many hours as you want. The staff all knows eachother and arw very friendly.

I had a good supervisor that I enjoyed working with.

The ownership and upper management was lacking.  Poor training for people.  No standardize work. No chance of advancement, even with prior knowledge or experience.

The work culture and environment is poor.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
No scheduling of what to run.  Lack of information passed along on what is priority.

Work as many hours you can. Little supervision on your machine.

No leadership and training is up to you

Very toxic environmental.  There is little resources to help you succeed.  Poor communication and poor management. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You show up and wait your turn. Spend majority of the time looking for your next job and waiting for quality to sign off your part.

It's not a bad place to work for honestly. There's good people there.  if you've ever worked in any manufacturing environment they're all essentially the same and the only differences between alot of them are going to be the name,the people and the product you're pushing out the door day to day.  
But there's some really good folks I met while working there though and a good work culture.  the most enjoyable thing you might find here is the people and the break room.

Easy to outperform most the staff in this place, you will be the smartest person in the room. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
These guys can’t perform basic tasks so you’ll end up spending the first few hours of your job either finishing what the other guy couldn’t and cleaning up everyone else’s messes. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Lots of joking around and making fun of each other insecurities. Everyone smokes on their breaks.

In my experience with this place it was an amazing place to work unfortunately I got fired over a misunderstanding and nobody gave me a chance to explain myself to be honest it’s the only place that I have ever gotten let go from and miss working there. Only complaint that I would have is that they should give people a chance to explain yourself if there is a misunderstanding.

Awesome Management . They treat everyone fairly .

Getting through all the customers down times.
