My experience at IV Solutions was unfortunately very challenging, largely due to the leadership culture. In my time there, I often felt dismissed and unsupported by upper management. I was repeatedly told that my role “wasn’t that hard” and asked questions like “Do you really want to work here?” in ways that felt discouraging rather than constructive. These interactions left me feeling cornered and unsure how to respond.
I also observed behavior from leadership that came across as unprofessional, including making jokes at the expense of staff in front of other employees. From my perspective, the environment created by senior leadership led to a sense of fear and defensiveness among the team. I noticed that some managers seemed to spend a lot of time compensating for decisions made by upper leadership, which contributed to the overall stress.
On a positive note, the staff themselves were kind, supportive, and tried hard to help each other. Unfortunately, many employees seemed cautious about openly connecting with colleagues out of concern about drawing negative attention from leadership.
This was my personal experience, and others may have had different ones, but I ultimately did not feel supported or valued by the leadership team.
