A typical day at work was extremely high stress and fast-paced. You’re essentially chained to your desk, afraid to even take short breaks because it’s so easy to fall behind. The workload is heavy, the metrics are unrealistic, and there are constant changes to workflow. Management tends to reprimand staff for struggling to keep up, even though expectations keep shifting and nothing ever feels set in stone.

Since the company was bought out and new leadership came in, things have gone downhill. The new CEO and VP don’t seem to value employee well-being, and morale has taken a huge hit. It often felt like management cared more about numbers than people, which made it hard to stay motivated and left many of us questioning why we were working so hard for a company that didn’t seem to care.

The hardest part of the job was trying to meet impossible expectations while dealing with constant changes and lack of clear direction.

The most enjoyable part, without question, was the coworkers. The team was supportive, kind, and truly the only reason many of us stayed as long as we did.

Do not work here.  Insurance for a family was over 500+ biweekly for decent insurance. Management is unorganized the program isn't efficient from the doctors down to the members because the company isn't known and it's like a sales call so 99 percent of the time patients don't want you calling them and they hang up.the doctors are not providing info about the program therefore its not prospering and management will blame you when it's their providers they pay big money to don't introduce it to members.  

The nursing case managers quit so much like my first week I got 4 emails of terminations there is no verbal or written process they just fire you. Most nurses just quit because the expectations versus the pay which is so low isn't worth it. Run!

What is the best part of working at the company?
It is a remote job and at times you are able to really help seniors

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
It feels like you are a telemarketer. Having to make a certain amount of calls with no real clients. You have to go through a list and call random clients that has not even heard of the company. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Nothing that staff suggest is ever given a try. The answer is always no…. We can’t do that 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It’s remote but it’s the stress of having to call random clients on a list that did not ask for our help.

Start up ACO Reach. Calling Medicare patients all day. Most patients do not want to be called. You have to try and get them to go see their primary doctor as soon as they leave the hospital or ER. Every week you are criticized on something you did not do in your charting. You’re told not to put this or that in your charting. Things that go against what you were taught in nursing school. It feels like you are spamming people all day. Every once in a while a patient will answer and will talk with you.  Management sits at their desk or in their home and criticizes how you are doing. It gets discouraging.

Fully remote  Get to help patients NO micromanagement

Must be able to multi task and keep up with productivity


What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Remote work. Everyone seems to want you to succeed

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Make calls to patients that are scheduled for the day  Stay on top of patients readings who are being monitored remotely

Start up new concept with Medicare company.  No ideas of process or how to do it. Platform is still being formed. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Terrible benefits and pay.  No sick time. Only PTO accrued and that’s about 10 days per year is all.  Management is clueless.  

Beware the long term department 

Pros-pays well
Cons- micromanaging, lack of direction, unprofessional, and high workload

The short term department was much better either way it’s a new company and has high turnover. I wouldn’t make this your only position 

What a great group of people.  Respectful, kind… willing to teach and mentor.  They want to make sure all staff have the tools and resources they need to be successful. 

Startup moving into its next phase has its share of growing pains.  Moving forward the company has a bright future, however, its current state is very challenging.

This is a great place to work.  Friendly employees, everyone is helpful.  They do a good job of including everyone in communicating, even people that work out of the state.
