Poor Management , No work life balance , unpaid overtime and no training whatsoever , poor commission structure  , Sales director leads with intimidation tactics , false promises in promotions , they do not value hard work and dedication and promotions are not based on top tier agents or experience , would not recommend this circus to anyone with integrity ....... no sufficient  training provided to new agents 

This company gave me a chance to work and build my skills. The training was amazing, the patience of leadership and everything offered from the inbounds to the constant food catering and leadership is incredible. I feel valued here and will stay long term. It's a Sales Job so of course Sales and hitting quotas is #1 - but the balance between selling lots and selling right is real. I appreciate the team and so excited for more work outtings - they go all out!

This is the best company I’ve ever worked for manager are always available and helpful and the pay is more than I expected the environment in the office is top tier even the agents are friendly I love that you are accommodated for missed time for appointments I have learned so much in such little time and I am ready to see what great things the company bring, Thank you Improve Insurance ❤️

Improve Insurance is a wonderful place to work, they have competitive pay, strong training and coaching.  While here, I saw multiple agents get promoted from within the company - minimal outside hiring.  The culture and environment on the sales floor is both fun and positive.  It is a place I actually enjoy coming to work.

No benefits. No support from management. Sales director sets unrealistic expectations. No OT but you end up working over 40 hours, zero work-life balance. CONSTANT changes of the employee handbook. 
Poor lead quality; all clients ever call in for is a food card, not health insurance. 
The pay is low, terribly run company. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. 

Low-quality leads, everyone is always calling in for a food card, and we're told to lie to the clients. The pay is low; bonus structure and policy guidelines are constantly changing. I would not recommend this job to anyone. You will get taken advantage of here.

Absolutely great company overall, great structure, amazing training really preparing you for the sales floor in every way, good work environment, management really wants you to succeed 

Hours are not bad M-F weekends off.
Goals are relatively reasonable.
Diverse staff.
Great snacks 
Market competitive pay.
