What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part is the remote work.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They set unrealistic expectations, fill your calendar with excessive meetings yet expect you to have time to complete all of your assigned tasks. The do not provide appropriate training. The pay is also terrible.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Lacks diversity.   Some staff are super helpful, others offer to help but will quickly throw you under the bus for not understanding something.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Chaotic, fast paced, and unsupported.

One of the most important aspects of any job is the people you work with.  You're going to spend a big portion of your day dealing with those people and their decisions. If you don't mesh well with them, it's going to wear you down, every second of every day.
This won't be a problem at Incredible Health.  Everyone working here is an amazing individual, and collectively a very effective group.  The company has well-written and good values, which are real part of day to day decision-making.  Challenges are tackled quickly, collaboratively, and boldly.  It feels like a place where you can grow as a person because the team has your back.

Toxic working environment with no flexibility given to employees. Boundaries were crossed by the management with expectations to always be available. Roles and responsibilities were constantly changing leading to high employee turnover and inconsistent processes. Lack of commitment to diversity and inclusion efforts. Overall terrible experience. 

This is an awesome mission driven company that really wants to help nurses find their dream job. I  couldn't be more happy. The leadership team does a great job of setting priorities and communicating to the team. Explosive growth ahead so we have some growing pains that is typical of this sized company.

This is a great place to work. All of my coworkers are very smart and great at their jobs as well as being genuinely nice people. We also get to make a big difference in nurses' lives by helping them find the right place to work. It's such a great feeling when you help someone get hired at their dream job.

Incredible Health has wonderful coworkers and teammates who are always willing to help! Being remote, it is so helpful to have supportive coworkers who can help guide you through any issue you may come across! 

Great team, lots of flexibility. Supportive co-workers. Typical day involves reaching out to candidates to help them prepare for job interviews and supporting them through the hiring process. 

I received an interview invitation literally one day rihgt after I submitted my application.  They helped me land a great job.  I highly recommend Incredible Health.

Great job for work life balance! Team is very supportive and leaders are looking to challenge you to help you grow! It is a start up company, so you have to be ready to adapt to changes!

Just say no to working here! They only pay 25 an hour and no room for increase in pay, bonuses or anything else. This is not a nurse position and they make it known.
