Antiquated systems, poorly documented policies and procedures, weak benefits especially PTO compared to other organizations.  If you’re competent, look out for the work that will be dumped on you. 
Unfair pay practices. The company is always willing to pay outsiders more than internal staff for promotions. This is not an employee centric organization.  Very little appreciation for hard work.  Annual increases are very low.  Training and professional development is weak.  It’s the land of incompetence and poor communication when it it comes to intercompany projects and initiatives.  Trying to get support from HR for basic tasks like applying for FMLA, impossible.  Everything here is antiquated.

I’ve wasted too many years at this place and they still cannot get it together. Management does not want to manage, they’d prefer we be “independent” rather than promoting a team environment. No accountability, the company is losing more people than they can hire. CSR alone can’t seem to bring on and keep more than 6 people. Lack of proper training, accounts aren’t properly being worked half the time. This company has potential but until they can truly get their act together, I’d advise you to look elsewhere or at the very least know what you’re getting yourself into if you do decide to work here. 

The office I work in has too many employees that do absolutely nothing.  The office could save money on labor costs by re-evaluating this office and getting rid of half of the staff.  They all spend more time visiting each other than working.  The manager turns a blind eye because she’s too busy being everyone’s friend instead of their boss.
This office gets numerous complaints from patients but the manager spends more time trying to cover them up then addressing them and writing employees up for not doing their jobs.
If you want a job where you can get away with not being accountable for your daily responsibility then this is the place for you........as long as you are part of the click.

This company cannot get it together. They have lost about 99% of their upper management and the staff that started when the CBO opened. The two CBO director's left within months of the start up leaving staff and managers with no direction. They would bring in different consultants all the time to help organize the company but the company is a loss cause. They hire managers based on them having managerial experience, not based on medical billing knowledge. It's sad when the staff knows more than their supervisor. I would stay away from this company until they get their act together.

In comparison to a few other places I have worked, this company has taken great deal to ask for, listen to, and act on feed back. Before I started working here, there was different leadership. This leadership does take the time to incorporate new ideas to make the work process better. 

Work remotely which can be great but Managers are not there to support you.  Technical issues can take time to get fixed which affects your workload.  We have monthly meetings with the whole team, but that is the only time you get to really interact with everyone.  Attitude is what is in it for me from the Managers.   Horrible!!

Not managed well. Was given a lot of passwords &was never told what they were for. sat with a lady &worked on 2 year old refunds. Very confusing. I have never before done them in Epic. Excel &Epic were not installed. I called their IS department to install a printer. keyboard &door entry card were filthy. The heat was on full blast on a 60+degree day. It was stifling! One day and done!

This company cannot get itself together, too many Upper Managment changes, unstable and lack of training and process documentation. Employee retention is a constant problem. I would advise waiting out this startup part of this operation.

I have been working here for just under one year. My manager is supportive and my team works very well together. There has been a lot of transitions that have been very good for the company. We have flexible hours and a safe causal work environment. The pay and benefits are good!

I loved my job but the local office was closed and all operations were consolidated to the corporate office in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, and all local positions were eliminated.
