Save yourself the time and energy - there is a hostile undercurrent in the organization that is palpable from the interview stage. 
Upper management will ask you to bend over backwards and are condescending/sarcastic + headed by a child of nepot!sm that practices cliquish corporate culture - at best. 

I was asked during the interview (by upper level management - not HR!) "what is the weirdest thing an employer has asked you to do" + rude and weird comments were made - with one being about IT people being lazy. - Just NO.

Don't walk out - Run. 
If you choose to stay - don't say I didn't warn you. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
I loved to comradery and willingness to teach.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Adapting to the pace, sometimes it requires acting quickly to fix a solution and other times it requires another time process. Adapting to the tickets can take time when handling your individual workload.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very welcoming, instantly you are set up for success.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Check in the mornings, review emails, check ticket logs, begin your tasks list, help others as needed.

While in the US at USCENTCOM the work schedule is 40 hours per week; while deployed to Afghanistan the work can be up to 12 hours per day.  The pay and benefits are great.  This is a great company to work for.

Very personable leader ship. Manage is easily reachable,  and treats employees well.  No micro management even though the office may be across the country.

Poor managers, different standards for different employees.  Clear violations of employee confidentiality.   Blind support of poor managers.   Culture that promotes stagnation.  Clear nepotism at the company we were subcontracted to.

Really good company to work for with good benefits and annual raises between 2-4%, career advancement is available if you qualify. I would negotiate for good pay from the start of your position because annual raises won’t ever meet growing inflation. The company does events and the CEO is a nice guy. 

They put me on a project that I had no experience in doing. When I asked for help, I was told to figure it out. When I took too long they put someone else in my place and I sat doing nothing. 

This is a small company but the leadership is great.  They are willing to work with you and teach as long as you are willing to learn.  Only down side is that the pay was on the lower side for the position

Company is very hands off. However, they will burn you in heartbeat. 

Company does not really reach out to its employees as is normal with contracting companies,

However, no matter seniority if you cross them at all they will burn you.

Minimal benefits, minimal oversight, willing to place someone into an entirely inappropriate position for skill set. Good social events for workers, but not sufficient replacement for PTO pooling.
