InfoSend is a nice place to work. Fast pace environment which keeps everyone going.  All departments worked extremely well together as a team.  All departments were all goal oriented.  Keeping our customers satisfied was top on the list. 

A typical day at work was to review our workload. All work was time sensitive.  Allocate workloads accordingly to have completed in a timely and orderly fashion( by customer specs) by end of day. Facilitated daily production meetings with all department managers to keep everyone informed of up coming events/workloads.
Had to review all inbound deliveries and insure that all was allocated correctly in the indicated locations for initial use. Reviewed and outbound deliveries and schedules.

I enjoyed working with people at all levels. Keeping the department focused and motivated on daily basis was key. All striving for the same goal at end of day.

Productive and intermediate place to work in. You constantly learn to grow and better your work skills. A typical day at work includes dealing  with high work volume, multitasking through many different duties, and overall organizing yourself very well. I learned more about how accountable, responsible, hard working  working i am through my job. I've become very adequate with being more understandable with work soft wares, scanners, and using a computer/printer. I get to challenge myself every time and work through different situations. I also get to improve my customer service/communication skills due  to being back up to the receptionist on the phones.

Learned a lot of new things. Bad management. No room to growth. You only move up if you are nice and sweet talk to the manager and supervisor. A lot of favoritism from the management. No matter how hard you work, still can't advance your career. People skills is more important than experiences. 

If no experiences, you will not earn the RESPECT from the people. Talking and smiling around does not make productions.

A lot of new hiring but don't last long because of bad management.

They claim job stability and job security but this company lost some few clients a couple months ago and they’re not giving us the employees raises  this year we shouldn’t be the one paying upper managements mistakes on how they running thing at Infosend punish them not the workers who work about 12 hours a day to make deadlines so upper management can look good and thats how we get paid and just this year alone they fired about 8-10 employees just to make a difference financially with losing there clients

What is the best part of working at the company?
Company offers a good benefits.  And if you're a good employee that's easy to get a PTO.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Shifts start so early.  Second shift is not to bad.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Infosend is a Family company, the owner is a nice person. People is so friendly.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I was so busy at the envelope Department. Each Department is so important in the company.

While the people at this place are great, upper management sucks. There’s no way they’re all taking promotions without a pay raise and deny all the people doing all the work the same thing..letting people go left and right, cutting cost of material to make sure people are safe just to fire them anyways??? This place isn’t going to survive for long if you’re not paying people what they need to live in this economy.  

I have been with InfoSend for years now and have never regretted it.  The environment is comfortable and drama-free and hard work is rewarded.  I don't feel scrutinized or micro-managed and the ability to speak to anyone in any department at any time is a nice change from other office environments. 

Simple work, consistent work. However management does not communicate and if they do it isn’t well. Employees complaining result in another employee being chewed out rather than resolving said issue. And the 5 minute grace period they claim exists to clocking in does not apply when they’ve used it as a reason to let go of multiple employees. 

Extremely low pay, don't trust management because they don't have your backs. Pay increases were less than $0.50/year. Remote workers technically get paid more because of the stipend. They are nice to you at first, but they don't care about your preferences. The workers are nice, the company itself is extremely disorganized. A lot of work but little pay
